Pros:

O local é bom, limpo e o café da manhã é bem servido. Para uma viagem rápida (só passamos uma noite) foi bem o que esperávamos em relação a custoxbenefício.

Cons:

Não havia toalhas no banheiro para rosto ou corpo. Tivemos que pedir na recepção.

Localização boa, limpeza péssima
Pros:

A localização é boa pra quem vai para o centro e é bem perto do metrô e da Catedral da Sé

Cons:

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar: os lençois da cama nao estavam colocados nos colchões, as colchas e cobertas com cheiro de muito usadas, banheiro com box muito sujo, os itens de banho fornecido são apenas um sabonete com cheiro ruim e as toalhas só foram fornecidas depois que pedimos e foram pegas de uma caixa e dobradas na nossa frente por quem estava atendendo na recepção.
Fizemos check-in sem apresentar nenhum documento e olha que hospedamos com nossa filha que é menor de idade.

Não tem tapete no banheiro , não dão chinelo, e produtos de higiene , as toalhas demoraram muito pra levar ,eu que tive que ir na recepção pedir
E a coberta demorou eu que tive que ficar no pé
A televisão não é smart
No anúncio fala que é mais não é
Gente fumou no quarto ,senti um cheiro forte duas que fui lá, e a coberta tinha furos
Tem poucas tomadas
