Pessima esperienza, mai vissuta prima d'ora, per il maltrattato in fase di check out.

Valida la posizione fronte mare

Cons:

Disinteresse nei riguardi del cliente. Bagaglio depositato in attesa della partenza lasciato in balia di altre persone, costretti a cambiarci nel piccolo spazio esterno in presenza di altre persone e nella totale indifferenza del personale.

Wonderful vacation
Pros:

The property is located on the beautiful Cala Creta and is one of the only properties on the island to have beach umbrellas and direct access to the beach and sea which is a great plus. The view from the room is stunning and you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We were in the superior sea view room Linosa and loved it.
Another highlight is the kindness of the staff who went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful stay and we really appreciated all the effort, suggestions and attentiveness.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accolti da Rosa alla reception ed è stata semplicemente impeccabile. Gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente, ha reso tutto più semplice e piacevole. Davvero bravissima, complimenti per la cortesia e la disponibilità!

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, a picco su cala Creta, che a sua volta ha un mare cristallino pieno di pesci.
Le stanze sono ampie ed hanno una vista stupenda. I bagni sono moderni e comodi. La pulizia è buona.
La vicinanza del ristorante Controvento e i lettini dedicati nella cala sono ottimi, anche se in una settimana gli ombrelloni non sono mai stati aperti per il vento (anche se erano aperti in ogni altra cala visitata... inoltre i lettini erano per la maggior parte mezzi rotti)
La colazione è buona, anche se non particolarmente tipica.
Lo staff è sempre disponibile e pronto ad accontentare qualunque richiesta.
Facili le comunicazioni e l'organizzazione del transfer da e per l'aeroporto.

Cons:

Potrebbero fornire acqua in bottiglia.
Come già detto si potrebbero migliorare i servizi nella cala (lettini e ombrelloni non sono granché).
La via per il Relais è sterrata, non semplicissima da percorrere in motorino, ma questo non dipende di certo dall'albergo.

Tutto considerato esperienza molto positiva. La posizione e la vista da sole possono bilanciare qualunque problema, anche se ovviamente non si tratta di una struttura economica e su certe cose si può migliorare.
