Déçu et mensongé sur Booking

L'emplacement plutôt central.

À notre arrivée pas d'indication, on nous a juste demandé 200 baths de caution et donné la clé de notre chambre sans sourire.. étrange en Thaïlande où je voyage depuis 20 ans...
Notre chambre 207 se trouve au dessus de l'énorme réservoir d'eau de l'hôtel et se rempli grâce à un système de basculement qui résonne en faisant un bruit métallique sourd 24h/24!...et donc la 1 ère nuit je n'ai pas dormi...j'ai le lendemain acheté des bouchons d'oreilles. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil le soir même et la jeune femme m'a dit qu'elle ferait le nécessaire le lendemain, l'hôtel n'était pas plein et j'ai dû passé une nuit en me réveillant en sursaut à cause du bruit et de la résonance sur les murs!
Les photos parleront d'elles même: la literie était vieille et sale. La lampe de chevet, dont je n'ai pas pû mettre la photo, (car je suis limité à 4) était cassée et la prise laissait apparaître l'intérieur ce qui était dangereux. Le canapé est déchiré et tâché, le vernis du sol part en lambeaux, le bois du balcon complètement pourri et donc nous n'en avons pas profité, en plus un immense filet rempli de feuilles mortes nous gâchent la vue. Le pommeau de douche est rempli de calcaire ce qui fait que 1 petit trou sur 5 laisse passer de l'eau. Des remontées d'odeurs d'égouts remontent de la salle de bain nous obligeant à poser la petite poubelle de la salle de bain dessus pour éviter les odeurs. Le mobilier est plus que vieillissant, et cassé (porte du meuble de la chambre).
Le sol extérieur autour de la piscine est très sale, ce qui résulte à avoir le dessous des pieds dégoûtants avant et après s'être baigné.
Les photos sur Booking sont mensongères et trompeuses car elle montrent un établissement idéal qui ne reflète pas du tout l'expérience que j'en ai eu.

Un charmant hôtel à Sisaket
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très agréable, bien situé en ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses bien équipées avec un espace extérieur qui donne sur une cour verdoyante et la piscine.
Chaque fois que nous venons à Sisaket, nous y séjournons. A notre goût l'hôtel offre un cadre plus charmant que les autres établissements en ville qui sont plus de style international.

Pros:

This was my second stay at Vijit Nakorn. It was a little better than my previous stay. The reception staff were particularly good this time. Very welcoming and helpful. 4+ star service at a 3 star hotel.

Happy it was only one night
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The bed was hard and had a protruding spring in the middle of the mattress. The hot water wasn’t working in the shower. A dog barked all night resulting in very little sleep
