Very homey and truly Georgian experience, we loved it!
Pros:

The location is very good, right at the center, close to city walls, with a beautiful view to the valley. Lia the host is an amazing person, with exceptional hospitality, and she is a great cook, her breakfasts are amazing! Real homemade Georgian food that is tastier than any restaurant we tried. She is eager to help, did our laundry when we asked about a washing machine , free of any charge . Arranged us a driver who knew the area and took us everywhere for very affordable price. We felt like we are staying in a loving relative’s house during our visit!

Cons:

Sometimes the water is not running, and then you need to ask Lia to turn on the backup water system ( she has it, so she turned it on every time it happened and the water came back). The WiFi is not very strong.

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

Centrally located and within walking distance to most sights. Lea was there to receive us when we arrived and got us help to carry our suitcases to our room.
Be aware that the double rooms (4 in number) are on the ground level while the two twin rooms are on the lower level which is accessible via a steep flight of steps. Those with mobility issues should be aware. Lea helped us with ironing and washing our clothes. Tea and coffee can be made at the central reception area where you can sit and chat or be in the balcony to enjoy the outdoors. We heard praises of her breakfast but we couldn’t have the pleasure since we were never there for it. Highly recommended.

Great- lovely place and host.
Pros:

Cozy property close to everything

Cons:

Made a reservation but told there was no reservation when we arrived- later found out another couple was assumed to be us. Got it straightened around and luckily there was a very nice room still available! Host was very apologetic and a lovely woman. Can see how this could have happened considering a village in a foreign country with many cultures and languages spoken.

Great location, right in the heart pf Sighnaghi, the hosts are very caring and kind, when we asked for a taxi, he gave us a ride himself, no charge.

Pros:

The place was wonderful, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, great location - 5-minute walk from the city centre, and, with amazing view down to the city walls. The hostess is the sweetest and warmest lady you’ll ever meet.
