Rano w pokoju było zimno - kaloryfery nie grzały, sala śniadaniowa też miała wyłaczone ogrzewanie (na dworze były ujemne temperatury). Szukałem w okolicy hotelu *** mając nadzieję, że będzie zapewniony odpowiedni komfort pobytu - niestety rozczarowałem się.
