We really appreciated the location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities. This hotel is an excellent value in a fun city with everything you need to enjoy the local area and come home to a sanctuary…🙏 The staff helped us to arrive and depart with arranged transport…and they were quite accommodating to our many requests and needs.

We loved the pool and the staff were so kind, greeting us with cold towels and tea after every outing.
Super nice, new hotel with extremely spacious rooms and very friendly & warm staff. The pool is amazing & the breakfast as well (you can choose à la carte but still have croissants, yoghurt, fruits & little cakes free of charge). Location is great - super close by to the city centre. We ate once dinner at the hotel restaurant & can recommend it as well.
Getting your laundry cleaned is quite pricy - around $1.90 per T-Shirt, so we decided to get it cleaned at one of our next stops of our Cambodia trip.
Hôtel de charme avec des chambres très spacieuses, pas en trop grand nombre et on arrive vite à bien connaître le personnel qui est très aimable.
La piscine est magnifique et très ressourçante après les visites de temples. Le restaurant de qualité sur place permet de ne pas s'éloigner si on est trop fatigué pour ressortir.

抵達當天飯店貼心安排嘟嘟車到車站舉牌接人，從入住那一刻起，接待人員的親切與用心就與網路上的好評一致；實際環境也與網站照片相同，乾淨又美麗。
早餐與咖啡非常美味，讓住客每天從幸福的早晨開始；天氣炎熱不想外出時，也可以在飯店享受 SPA，芳療師手法純熟、力道強勁，我甚至預約了兩次，還一度想再約第三次，只可惜時間不夠（價格親民，可上官網查詢）。
無論是環境、設備、餐食還是 SPA 都表現優秀，但最讓人印象深刻的，還是他們的服務態度。經常看到員工勤快地維護環境，認真的將最好的一面呈現給住客；也總是用心關注住客需求，當反映房間空調問題時，立刻協助更換房間；女兒生病無法下樓用早餐，飯店也貼心將餐點送至房內。
這是一間規模不大，卻充滿人情味C/P值極高的飯店。因為有感於他們的認真；我也願意認真的寫下真實評論。

Everything (food too! and we are from San Francisco) and everyone was exceptional. It’s a beautiful luxurious place to stay. Sure you could spend $30 less for your whole stay..but why?
The WiFi not so good. But I’m not working so……
Great stay, location 10 mins walk to Wat Bo road. Good sized room, comfy bed, good shower, good air con. Included breakfast was great, menu brekky not just a buffet. Enjoyed the pool, also bought dinner that was very nice and well priced. However it is the wonderful staff that raise this stay to another level, attentive, caring and so kind.
Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und hatte wieder einen schönen Aufenthalt – mit herzlicher Begrüßung, schönem geräumigen Zimmer, hilfsbereitem Personal und sehr gutem Essen.
Der Lichtschalter für das Bad schaltet auch ein Licht im Hauptzimmer ein – kein großes Drama aber blöd wenn man zu zweit ist und eine Person nachts nochmal ins Bad muss.
Excellent property. Lovely and helpful staff. Ideally placed 5 minutes walk to river. 10 mins to pub street and markets. Beautiful touches like a cold flannel on every return and a cold tea. Staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay wonderful

Es war phantastisch. Die Anlage ist bezaubernd und das Personal erfüllt einem alle Wünsche. Außerdem hatte ich während meines Aufenthalts Geburtstag und ich bekam eine Riesenüberraschung. Mein Hotelzimmer war geschmückt und dann standen alle Mitarbeiter vor der Tür, haben gesungen, eine Torte sowie ein Geschenk mir überreicht. Es war grandios.
O hotel é um amor! Poucos quartos, o que confere um ar familiar! Café da manhã delicioso! Atendimento excelente! Confortável! Piscina ótima! Chazinho e toalhas geladas quando você chega da rua é espetacular! Amamos!
