Comfortable bed , lovely powerful shower , room had pool view . Very clean. We only stayed 1 nt as we were travelling, but would definitely stay again. Restaurant food lovely and very good value for money.Breakfast was delicious, we had omelette. Staff extremely friendly.
Being a typical British person, a kettle would have made it a top score for facilities

Location on the water park was great. Polite staff. Comfortable, clean room.
Shower room is a little compact. Would have been lovely to have tea/coffee making facility in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It was winter - so not the season for thit hotel, but they tried to make our staying comfortable. The room was big, but the hotel us not new, so don't expect too much, and you will be satisefied:)
The room was very cold, the cental heating was off (no season -no people), so it was difficult to warm it.

My employee arrived at 20:30hrs and the staff were very accommodating. No issues providing a meal at such a late arrival time.
He departed at 03:00hrs and was offered a takeaway breakfast as he left long before breakfast was served.
