Important information:

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes the access to entertainment, junior club, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. The Club card is mandatory for all guests older than 4 years old. The Club card costs 5 EUR per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights, and is mandatory from 10.05 to 14.09. Please note that the club card includes 1 umbrella beach ad 2 deck chairs per room. Pets are accepted in our facilities under the following conditions: maximum weight 10 kg, no entry to the restaurant, bar, swimming pool, common areas and some types of rooms. Supplement € 5.00 per day.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. Un bus dessert taormina et revient près de l'hôtel. Bon accueil, bonne restauration, petit déjeuner varié très bien.

Cons:

Pas de wifi dans la chambre, gros moins pour une structure pareille.
La propreté dans salle de bain laisse à désirer . Trop de promiscuité déjà en mars. Un parking payant c’est bloquant quand on y reste plusieurs jours.

Les chambres étaient propres mais vraiment très bruyantes (portes qui claquent en pleine nuit, voix dans le couloir, on entendait la circulation et même des chiens aboyer!
Les Lits étaient peu confortables.
Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Des messages pour nous proposer des services en plus... Commencez donc par proposer ce qui est inclus dans le prix...

Très bruyant. Et nous sommes loins d'être des personnes exigeantes...
J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine intérieure qui était indiquée ouverte (février). Hors le jour de notre arrivée on nous explique qu'elle est fermée pour cause sanitaire mais qu'elle sera "probablement ouverte le lendemain". Le jour suivant nous nous rendons à la piscine et constatons qu'elle est fermée. De retour à la réception, on nous explique qu'elle est normalement fermée le matin mais qu'ils vont l'ouvrir "exceptionnellement pour nous". La dame nous dit qu'il faut des Bonnets de bains si nous voulons y aller, et nous demande d'en acheter 3€/bonnet. Je lui explique que rien de tout cela ne nous avait été expliqué lors de notre réservation.
Une route très passagère à traverser pour pouvoir aller sur la côte, vraiment très dangereux!
Sur les photos de l'hôtel il y a un espace jeux pour les enfants qui était transformé en lieu de stockage d'hiver lors de notre passage en février ! Aucun jeux pour les enfants bien-sûr !

Bref, les photos font rêver, mais c'est tout!
