Worst Hotel ever
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist natürlich ein Traum. Wenn man das Glück hat auch ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick zu bekommen, sieht man den Sonnenaufgang und hat gleich Morgensonne. Auch die Anlage selbst hat tolle Aussichten aufs Meer.

Cons:

Alles andere leider. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und lebt so wie es scheint nur noch vom Reisebustourismus. Was bei de. Frühstück angeboten und abgezogen wird ist mir unbegreiflich. Absolut keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück, der Kaffee ist WIRKLICH ungenießbar und man sitzt bei Tischen mit einer dicken Plastiktischdecke. Wirklich? Noch ungemütlicher geht's eigentlich kaum. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse und als wir draußen in der Morgensonne frühstücken wollten wurden wir vom Personal regelrecht angeschrien. Die scrambled eggs haben sicher noch nie echte Eier gesehen und alles ist wirklich schmuddelig. Es gibt nicht mal kleine Kaffeelöffel - man muss sich Plastiklöffel nehmen...?!
Zum Zimmer: ich habe blaue Flecken an der hüfte vom seitlich liegen weil mir die Sprungfedern aus dem harten Bett reingedrückt haben! Der Matratzenschoner liegt wahrscheinlich auch schon seit den 90ern am Bett und ist steif wie ein Brett. Die Handtücher für das Gesicht sind kleine Tischdecken? Frottee ist jedenfalls nur das Duschhandtuch.
Das versprochene High Speed Internet war dann letztendlich auch eher kein Internet.
Ich habs mir erspart mir den indoor Pool anzuschauen. Hier fehlt überall liebe zum Detail und die vier Sterne sind mir bis heute ein Rätsel. Es war sicher mal ein gutes hotel aber man muss auch mit der Zeit gehen damit die vier Sterne auch weiterhin stimmen.
Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und es hat mir meinen Urlaub leider ziemlich vermiest. Ich würde jedem abraten hierher zu kommen. Das Geld kann man besser investieren. Dem Hotel würde ich raten schleunigst zu renovieren und im Jahr 2026 anzukommen. Niemand möchte mehr ein Frühstücksbuffet mit Hotelequipement aus dem Jahre 1990.

The staff, and the way they talk to the clients: both at the reception there are not kind employees (not all of them are kind - that’s better statement). Restaurant employees as well sometimes just rude.

Legjobban a panoráma tetszett a szobából.

Cons:

Egyik délután kipróbáltuk a wellness részleget. Csak úszósapkaban lehetett a jakuzziba és a medencébe is bemenni, 2 euro/fő egy anyagos úszósapka, a jakuzzi 2 euró/fő/30 perc.., igy egy óra wellness 10 euróba került kettőnknek....
3334 szoba felett nem tudom milyen helyiség van, de minden reggel arra kellett felébredni, hogy órákon át tartó zaj volt, mintha folyamatosan székeket húzgáltak volna, este is volt hasonló zaj....a szomszéd szobából is lehetet hallani...
Az ágy matraca is kényelmetlen volt.
Mindezek ellenére tetszett a szálloda összességében, bőséges reggeli, a bárban este zongorázott egy úr, nagyon jó volt. Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre.

Would happily recommend it for a seaside holiday
Pros:

Beautiful sea views from the terraces and a great location in Letojanni, just steps from the beach and close to Taormina. The hotel was comfortable and well placed, perfect for a relaxing week by the sea.

Vue à couper le souffle
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la ville et de la plage, avec un accès direct à la mer. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle ! La piscine extérieure est très belle, même s’il est dommage qu’elle ne soit pas chauffée, notamment en octobre. La chambre est spacieuse et suffisamment grande pour accueillir confortablement une famille de quatre personnes. Un autre point positif est le partenariat avec une plage privée, permettant de profiter de transats même hors saison, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Plusieurs points mériteraient d’être améliorés. La qualité des serviettes, vieillissantes, est à revoir. L’accès à la salle de sport est interdit aux enfants, même en simple accompagnement. L’accueil de la personne responsable du spa et de la salle de sport a également été particulièrement désagréable et peu professionnel.

La présence d’un très grand groupe a engendré d’importantes nuisances sonores jusqu’à 4 h du matin, perturbant fortement notre sommeil.

Enfin, le petit déjeuner, bien que varié, reste décevant en termes de qualité des produits proposés.

Din păcate nu am avut alte opțiuni și am ales să ne alimentăm în hotel. Nu m-aș mai întoarce aici decât după o restaurar

Dau 4 puncte doar pentru view-ul super si curățenia din camere. Atât.

Cons:

1) în hotel se simte miros de spital.
2) Mâncarea. Dacă nu vreți să vă stricați sejurul, ieșiți dimineața și întorceți-vă seara. Atât micul dejun, unde nu prea ai ce mânca și ce alege, până la mâncarea de la cină.
3) în restaurant toate vasele alea de inox, unde se ține mâncare; tăvile si cărucioarele de servire sunt foarte murdare.

O.k. da preiswert, wir würden nicht wieder kommen…
Pros:

Die Aussenanlage (Pool, Terrassen)sind recht schön und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist spektakulär in den Hang gebaut, die Aussicht ist toll.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und brauchen DRINGEND eine Modernisierung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lieblos und der Saal ebenfalls alt und laut/ hektisch.
Unser Zimmer war über einem Saal, an zwei von drei Nächten hat es bis weit nach Mitternacht laute Musik und Festivitäten die uns nicht haben schlafen lassen.
