Pros:

I loved my stay there. I had a great room with a beautiful view. The stuff was friendly. Facilities are close by. There's also a local shopping center nearby for any last minute purchases. I loved the antelopes rooming around the premises.

Cons:

No telephone in the room to reach reception. No information on how to reach reception or how to get iron or ironing board. The QR code in the room wasn't working.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds. Love the antelope that just walks around freely. Rooms are clean. Wifi is fast and reliable.

Ein sehr entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt in dieser Lodge.
Pros:

Ein sehr sauberes, sicheres und gepflegtes Hotel mit einem kleinen Teich und einer großen Grünanlage auf der sich eine Gruppe Impalas (kleine Antilopen) frei bewegen. Daher sind in dieser Lodge verständlicher Weise keine Hunde erlaubt. Die Zimmer sind zumeist in kleinen Häusern eingerichtet und werden nach der täglichen Reinigung auch noch einmal von einer weiteren Angestellten auf Ordnung Sauberkeit und Vollständigkeit überprüft. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgewogen, reichlich und Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit auch umgesetzt.

Cons:

Ich habe diese Lodge in den letzten Jahren immer wieder mal besucht wenn ich in Südafrika war, und habe während meiner Aufenthalte keine negativen Erfahrungen in dieser Lodge gemacht.

It is a good place, but they can improve on the breakfast.
Pros:

I loved the environment. I liked the cleanliness.

Cons:

The breakfast is not worth the cost. There are no much varieties for such a price. Most of the dishes contain plenty salt.

Good stay and nice resort.
Pros:

There was a guy that assisted us when we booked in and he was absolutely amazing. Very clued up and willing to help.

Cons:

The female receptionists were very unfriendly and unwilling to assist. I asked why the rooms DON't have a USB port to which the lady on duty snapped back and said "well people bring their own". Surely I cannot be the first person to have forgotten the adaptor for my charger. This was the same lady that sent the waiter back to me the night before to explain to me that red wine cannot go off when I asked them to taste it as it WAS OFF. I could see them in the mirror and no one bothered to taste. Needless to say, I left most of the bottle which I paid for behind. Also breakfast is only served from 08h00 which is very late for us. May have been better if the receptionist took the time to listen and packed the breakfast on the go which I had actually ordered which was Chicken Mayo. Instead I got eggs and sausage which I made clear I don't eat. Fruit and yogurt was nice.
