We spent one night at this hotel. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable.

Short stay during trip or sightseeing
Pros:

Good possibility to stay overnight for further trip or sightseeing. Clean bathroom, however quite tight reg.place of it. Small room with balcony, 2nd floor.
Late check-in was Ok

Cons:

Steep stairs to the room, with luggage was quite hard to go up.

Pros:

We were looking for a place to stay a night on our way from Rila to Rhodopi and this place was exactly what we needed. Very clean, big room with big bad and a sofa. The hist was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended (female solo traveller experience)
Pros:

They gave me the biggest room even though I paid for a normal one, just because it was empty - 3 beds, a big sofa, big balcony and a private bathoroom + tv and air conditioning/heater. Everything was extremely clean (and it's very hard to find that in Bulgaria if you want something cheap). The staff was very kind.

Cons:

The staff can't speak a single word of english so it gets difficult to communicate if you don't speak bulgarian. But it's not that much of an issue since there isn't a reception and a proper check-in process (the reception desk is literally the cashdesk of a minimarket on the ground floor).
They charge you 5 lv for the wifi.
