Not one we would use again.
Pros:

Location for what we were visiting was OK. Staff were very helpful but run off their feet.

Cons:

Could have been a few more staff, check in could have been a bit more obvious and organised and as an older couple help with our luggage would have been greatly appreciated. Hotel in general was looking a bit tired and could do some re-decoration. Meal service was a bit slow but that was probably due to lack of staff.

Would reccomend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

I liked my stay here very much it was in a great location for where I needed to be. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from air conditioning. Its was 35oc during my stay and the window only opened about 2 inches. I know this is a safety feature but it keeps the rooms very hot and stuffy

Started well but went downhill after dinner
Pros:

Staff and evening meal was good, room was ok, hot with no air con or fan. Windows wouldn't open more than an inch for safety reasons and we stayed during a heatwave

Cons:

Breakfast was awful, the worst we have had for a long time!! Water in an urn, not boiling so tea was yuck. No cereal or continental breakfast available so had to order 1 item from the brunch menu - avocado on toast with poached egg was one piece of sliced bread with avocado and one egg, hummus was slipped on the side, no seeds as described. The pancakes my partner had were served swimming in maple flavoured syrup - the bacon soggy. We will not be going back!
