Personal: Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Sauberkeit: Krümel auf Boden und Stuhl, Haare im Bett, Staub auf Nachttischen, verschmiertes Infoblatt, ...
Frühstück: Trotz gezeigten Fotos von Buffet in der Anzeige gab es keines. Man hatte die Auswahl von drei Frühstückstellern in Vatiationen von Speck mit Ei. Diese mussten zusätzlich gezahlt werden, auch wenn man inklusive Frühstück gebucht hatte.
Preis: Viel zu teuer, für das was angeboten wird. Wir waren in einigen ähnlichen Hotels in Norwegen und haben deutlich weniger gezahlt. In der Nähe (Lillesand, Kristiansand) gibt es auch einige Unterkünfte, die deutlich günstiger und auch besser gelegen sind, sowie mehr und besseres Angebot haben.
Kommunikation: Das Hotel war nicht bereit auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme und Anliegen zu reagieren.

Hyvässä paikassa edullinen ja siisti majoituspaikka. Kiitos kivalle henkilökunnalle!
Pros:

Aamiainen oli tyydyttävä.
Aamiainen valmistettiin ja tuotiin pöytään. Itse pidin tästä tyylistä toimia.

Cons:

Hotelliin tullessani piti etsiä henkilökuntaa.
Huoneen avain tuli tekstiviestillä jota en heti ymmärtänyt.
Joten henkilökunnan etsiminen oli minulta turhaa.
Hotelliin siis voi tulla ilman että edes tapaa henkilökuntaa jos on vaan varannut huoneen netin välityksellä.

Greit, men noe trangt

Frokost og middag perfekt 😊

Cons:

Bestilte på booking men når vi kom så gjekk de lenge før kontakt med personal og når vi fikk rom så va de ikkje gjort rent. Men fekk nytt.fekk gratis frokost men de va inkludert i prisen så dette va ein dårlig løysning til den prisen.Tenker om vi kom etter stenge tid så hadde dette ikkje vert greit og vi hadde ikkje anbefalt denne plass.
