Helt håpløst. Jeg greide aldri å komme inn. Alt for dårlig rutinbeskrivelse/informasjon om hvordan det hele virker. Så vi kom aldri inn. Fant et annet hotell i Lillesand.

Sentralt hotell på Sørlandet med fantastisk frokost.
Pros:

Hotellet er jo sentralt nær E18 og har kort vei til både Grimstad og Kristiansand. Rimelig for besøk til Dyreparken eller andre attraksjoner. Frokosten var helt eksemplarisk god. Personlig frokost er noe i særklasse

Skuffende opphold!

Rent og pent. God mat

Cons:

Jeg ble veldig overrasket og skuffet over at frokosten ikke var inkludert i bookingen. Det sto det ingen steder i bestillingen. Jeg følte meg faktisk lurt og reiste videre med en vond smak.
Så dette må dere forandre på. Bookingen må være tydelig på hva som er inkludert, ikke som nå.
Det var også skuffende at serveringsdama ikke snakket eller forsto norsk.

Das Zimmer ist absolut okay. Wirklich gut ist das sehr schöne große Badezimmer. Essen im Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen.
Hier würde ich immer wieder gerne übernachten
