Everything. Location was spot on. The price was value for money and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was as expected

Good stay
Pros:

Perfect location between the docks and the city centre. Good heater/air conditioning.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Good breakfast.
Close to Qpark for parking.

Cons:

Small room with no view.
Noisy (broken?) loo which trickled water for a long time after flushing.
No streaming options on the TV.

Room had a constant damp smell, mould growth on the window area. No fridge in room or no venting machines in common areas.

Great value for the money
Pros:

Fantastic location, clean room, straightforward check-in and check-out procedure, low price, great value for the money. Would definitely stay again when in Liverpool

Cons:

My personal preference is breakfast buffet rather than selecting meal from the menu, but this is very minuscule con in the grand scheme of things.

Great stay will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Stayed here a few times and I have to say the staff have been lovely every time, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms clean, comfy and in a great location, we will definitely be back again.

Perfect location for the many attractions that the city has to offer.

Location was perfect and well equipped room for 3 people.
