The hotel is just on front of the sea which was amazing.
Our breakfast was included in the price and was full English with high quality ingredients. The service waiters and receptionist very polite and helpful 5*. The place is magical.

Nothing everything brilliant
The staff were very friendly on arrival. The hotel was very clean. The room was very clean and comfortable bed. There was a very good supply of tea, coffee and chocolates, and complimentary shower gels,soaps etc... The full English breakfast and a very good range of continental breakfast.
The ensuit bathroom was a bit small, and there was a strong 'drain' smell in the bathroom. The main radiator in the room was broken,so it meant that the heating was on full blast all night!!

The location was perfect for us, one of our party has mobility issues and everything was close enough for him to walk.. the staff on reception desk was very helpful, all the staff we met where very pleasant.
Our rooms were a little cool at times and we couldn’t turn the heating up.
The bathroom had some mold around the shower, the cleaning needed a bit more attention to detail.
Staff were nice polite and professional. The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds so comfy.
The location is fantastic , breakfast very good .
The bed was very hard , pillows not comfy , on drawing the one curtain it was hanging off the rail which didn’t block out light on street .

That nothing has been resolved so I couks reschedule the dates due to me having to fly out of UK due to have family loss
Room was warm and cosy. We had asked for GF Coeliac we asked reception if they had gluten free bread and he confirmed that it had been ordered. At Breakfast we asked again and confirmed with staff - the staff placed the cooked breakfast on our table -table - we asked again is the bread GF - confirmation was NO they came back to say they DID NOT HAVE ANY GF BREAD and the Sausage isn’t GF Either ?
This is an Alergy and the Hotel should train their inexperienced staff to understand the consequences.
BREAKFAST as explained was a complete let down.
