A fantastic stay - excellent staff and very welcoming. The bedroom and ensuite were decorated and fitted to a very high standard.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.
Very convenient to the beach, promenade, pier and shopping centre.

Being of a certain age the stairs were slightly challenging; the staff were very helpful and wiling in carrying our luggage to our bedroom. I understand that the hotel are in discussions with local planners with a view to installing a lift
The view from our room was beautiful across the bay. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of everything on the buffet and you chose what you wanted on cooked breakfast and it was served to you. The poached eggs were delicious. Gluten free cornflakes and bread for hubby, thank you. The bed was very comfy. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and attentive.
The car park around the back is extremely tight, takes a bit of Manoeuvring as they cram 10 cars on it.
We stayed in room 2, views were amazing. Decor needs a little TLC. You can see it was done to a high standard originally but it needs a little attention like re hanging the curtains and covering the dressing table.

The hotel is in a fabulous position , the staff were all very welcoming and lovely! Lovely room.
Our room was lovely, however because a fire door was inside it the large green warning light on the ceiling is on all the time, and at night it made sleeping more difficult. (We did sleep though...)

I knew there wasn't a lift but didn't expect to have 51 stairs to climb. We were made aware though that there will be a lift going in sometime this year which when this happens, the hotel will be a hard one to beat.
