Alles was net en ordelijk. de locatie van het hotel. lift in hotel.
Toch wel een te kleine kamer voor 1 persoon. kleding kast was niet echt stevig.
Located right at the foot of snowdon hike and a stones throw from the railway that goes up snowdon
Beds were uncomfatable
Great location for snowdonia railway.
Room was not serviced once during our 3 night stay. We put card on door which said we needed room serviced. It was taken off but nothing was done. After a long day out I had to go and ask for clean towels
Excellent location and service
The ordering system for food and drinks in the bar.
I liked the location and the garden , the building itself until I got to the room. The ironing was a plus.
Very small room, dated and dark. The bathtub drain had hair from previous occupants, the kettle had limescale. The breakfast was very poor, I was just looking for a fresh fruit ,a banana. The croissants were not fresh
Great place to stay in Llanberis and also close to the start of the "Tourist Route" up Snowdon.
Staff were helpful and polite, hotel is kept clean and tidy, huge car park is always a plus.
This is my second time staying here, and will definitely stay again...!!
I cant speak for all rooms as I always book just a small single, but there is no air conditioning and boy do they get hot in the summer months. A fan is provided which definitely helps but ultimately we all know its just pushing the warm air around. Maybe the double rooms are different 🤔
The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and well presented, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking and exploring. Good selection of food available from the bar at all times. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Shower cubicle would have been better than shower over bath (difficult to get in and out with bad hip).
Excellent location and surroundings
My room had an odour - not sure but the room was clean but it did not smell clean because of this stench not sure if it’s from the carpet which was really stained and I made sure I did not step on barefoot.
It is a lovely hotel, clean and in a great location.
A special mention has to go to all of the staff that my little girl and I encountered.
The reception staff, the bar staff who served my daughter her J2Os, the cheerful young men who delivered food to our table, the breakfast staff including the chefs, the night receptionist who made a phone call for me, and the night porters who were as attentive and as professional as the day staff.
Everyone we encountered was brilliant without exception, both individually but also as a team.
If I was forced at gunpoint to find a fault then I would say that I'm quite partial to black pudding with breakfast.
That said, I didn't ask for any so maybe that could have been rectified there and then.
In honesty I was more than happy with everything.
