Important information:

The hotel is a popular wedding and event venue, particularly at weekends, and due to the nature of these events hotel guests may experience some additional noise.

For group bookings of 5 or more rooms the following policies apply:

The guest will be charged a 20% nonrefundable deposit and full payment will be required 7 days prior to the arrival. The guest will receive an 80% refund if they cancel by 14:00 the day before their arrival.

Please note that meals on the 31 st of December will only be available in the Main Bar until 17:45. The Hotel Restaurant will be closed for a Gala Dinner on this date.

Please note that the bar and restaurant will close at 23:00 until further notice.

Comfortable, brilliant food and delicious food. The staff however made the stay- they were so welcoming and friendly

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with lots of character clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. Its also a short walk in to the town.

Cons:

Our first room was in the attic and very small but after speaking to reception we were moved to one on the 1st floor

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Weren’t aware that that it was a twin not a double, they didn’t make that clear, other than that, comfy bed, really clean, room temperature perfect. No complaints, always a good breakfast at this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning.

Great location and value for money. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I’d definitely go back again.
Pros:

Position of the hotel was perfect. Good size car park. Peaceful area and a nice atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was good and excellent value for money.

Cons:

A smart tv would have been nice but that’s just nit picking.

A night in llanberis
Pros:

A nice single room excellent shower and I could open the window! Breakfast was ok
Staff v friendly and helpfu
Had delicious salmon in the bar in the evening and a reasonable choice of non alcoholic drinks
Photos supper and view from my room

Cons:

The marmalade was very industrial no peel... No tomatoes for breakfast and little gf choice.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable - I like a firm mattress but it was really over firm!
