Longji Holiday Hotel is een hele fijne accommodatie voor het verkennen van de rijstvelden. De eigenaresse is erg behulpzaam, spreekt goed Engels en geeft handige tips voor de uitzichten en wandelingen die je kunt ondernemen. Kamer erg ruim, schoon en met een fijne douche en - zeker voor Chinese begrippen - fijne bedden.
Eigenlijk niets. Alleen het feit dat je een stukje moet klimmen met je bagage om de locatie te bereiken, maar daar kan a) het hotel niets aan doen en b) draagt dit ook bij aan de charme van Ping'an.

May was a wonderful host. She helped us with transfers to and from the hotel, and advised us on walks in the area. The views from the hotel are amazing, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
Leuk midden in het dorp gelegen, May is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kan heerlijk koken!
Bardzo ładny pokój z balkonem, wygodne duże łóżko, dobre i obfite śniadanie chińskie. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna, służy radą jak zorganizować sobie wizytę na tarasach w dwóch punktach widokowych, które są w okolicy. Wcześniej, zorganizowała nam również bardzo komfortowy transport samochodowy z Yangshuo do Ping'an w dobrej cenie. Także i w dniu wyjazdu zapewniła nam dowóz i wstęp na przedstawienie z udziałem kobiet z długimi włosami w wiosce Huangluo. Sumarycznie, pobyt na tarasach był krótki, ale super!
The hotel is located in the heart of Ping'an Hung Village. This allows you to explore the surrounding rice terraces on foot, and in one day, reach the viewpoints (Nine Dragons and Five Tigers (九龙五虎) and Seven Stars with the Moon (七星伴月), which offer stunning views.
The owner, who speaks excellent English, is very helpful in arranging transportation to the hotel (in our case, from the Guilin train station) as well as to the next town on our itinerary. In our case, it was Yangshuo.
The Chinese breakfast (noodles) was excellent, and you can also enjoy typical dishes from the region in the evening. The hotel also serves European breakfasts, but for us (we are from Poland) Chinese breakfast was more attractive than the European.
Overall, the stay was wonderful...
It would be great if we could talk longer with the owner about the customs and life of this ethnic community.
Das Hotel liegt zentral im Dorf direkt an der Reisterrassen-Wanderrunde.
Der Hotelmitarbeiter (Besitzer?) sprach gut Englisch (sehr selten in China) und war sehr hilfreich in allen Belangen (Wandertips, Weitertransport per Taxi).
My stay at the Longji was very pleasant!
May and the other guy at the reception were super nice and helpful.
The room was very cozy, the view was great and the bed was comfortable, which I loved!
There's no elevator yes, but they helped me carry all the luggage, and they arranged a transfer/driver to pick me up at the Guilin station and to get me to Yangshuo.
I also enjoyed the breakfast and the meals the staff prepared. I definitely recommend this place! :)
The location was good
There were 3 enormous cockroaches in our room that I had to kill.
The did our laundry and gave it back to us a day later when we were leaving and it was still soaked and the clothes had been hanged on hangers in a way that deformed and ruined them! Shame.
Also, they didn’t tell us that we had to pay 10€ to get to the hotel because it’s in a scenic area.

Het hotel kon je geen hotel noemen het was meer een hostel. Het eten viel tegen. En we vonden ze niet erg gastvrij.
We zouden er 2 nachten verblijven maar zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken een hebben een ander hotel geboekt.
Het ziet er totaal niet uit zoals de foto's die bij booking.com tezien waren.
Mai’s hotel is perfectly located in the center of the village, making it very convenient to walk from there to the rice terraces. The view from our room was breathtaking, we stayed on the fifth floor, and the climb was absolutely worth it. Above all, the hospitality, care, and help we received were truly exceptional. Oh, and the food was delicious too.
We highly recommend this place.
The best hotel we stayed at on our trip to China! Great room, super helpful staff that spoke English. We stayed only one night but got all the help with transports, hikes, even directions during the hikes. We also ate dinner in the evening in the hotel prepared by the owner which had a tasty flavor. Village itself has a magical feeling and the views were amazing.

El día de la llegada fue caótico pues el día anterior me habían dado el contacto de wechat y no lo respondían, tampoco me indicaron de manera precisa que hacer cuando el colectivo te deja en un lugar y nadie habla tu idioma y no sabés a donde ir porque no es como una ciudad normal, suerte que alguien se apiadó, usó su movil y se comunicó al hotel luego de que adivinara cual era. Para subir al hotel es 1,5 km con valijas, el hotel debería prever eso y directamente estar esperándote en el lugar. Al llegar al hotel ni siguiera te ofrecen una botella de agua, y tampoco la colocan en la habitación.
