Pros:

Pokoj sice malý, ale vybavený vším potřebným.

Cons:

Chyběla klimatizace, byli jsme tam v létě a pokoj se nedal vůbec vyvětrat. V noci se kvůli teplu nedalo spát. Navíc jsme, bohužel, měli i velmi hlučné sousedy.

Für 1-2 Nächte top, aber nicht im Hochsommer.
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, direkter Zugang zum Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu warm und stickig. Keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt im Spreewald
Pros:

Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse, Küche ne ebenerdiger Dusche.
Ausreichend Platz .
Wäschetrockner außen und Wäscheständer

Cons:

Badehandtücher hätten für den Zimmerpreis nach der 2. Nacht getauscht werden können. Auch die für das Schwimmbad.

The watermark and spa was great

Cons:

Service was quite poor. The staff was not very helpful when we asked to buy a bottle of water and when we asked for info about the parking and charging of our EV next to the hotel.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern – wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Es gibt genug Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen, was gerade mit Kind sehr angenehm ist.
Das absolute Highlight war natürlich das Erlebnisbad mit den Pinguinen. Unser Kind war begeistert und wollte am liebsten gar nicht mehr raus. Auch die Rutschen und der Kinderbereich sind super gestaltet und bieten viel Abwechslung.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab auch für Kinder eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es zu Stoßzeiten etwas voller war.Fazit: Perfektes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern, die Spaß im Wasser und Abwechslung suchen. Besonders das Spreeweltenbad macht den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was very well prepared and clean, we even got a jar of cucumbers! Was really excited about this as we didn't had enough time to get some in the town. Also very thoughtful room design with dedicated bunk beds for kids that are separatable with curtains, cosy lighting made it feel very safe for my kid. Plenty of sockets around the room for device charging from any spot. Also very spacious balcony with an ashtray. There was no AC, but there was a portable ventilator, so it did the job during the heat! Sheets clean, soft and light - was definitely pleasant to sleep during heat wave days. Also many options in the breackfast buffet with a play corner for kids. So in overall I feel it's a great value for money.

Cons:

It would have been nice to know in advance, that the swimming area is included only from 14:00 of the check-in day till 10:30 of check out day. We had to buy extra hours if we wanted to start earlier (with 20% discount). Got the armbands from the hotel reception and not from the main entrance.
