Entspannung für Eltern
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns das freundliche Personal gefallen. Des Weitern finde ich als Mama von einem 4 jährigen Sohn es super, dass es im Baldura Restaurant eine kleine Kinderecke gab. Dadurch konnte man in Ruhe essen und trinken ohne zu hetzen.

Ein toller Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es verfügt über genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Man gelangt über einen Bademantelgang direkt in das Bad ( es ist auch ein Aufzug vorhanden ). Wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, kann man auch vom Eingang des Bades in das Restaurant gelangen. Durch die gestaffeltes Essenszeiten ist es sehr entspannt.
Uns hat auch gefallen, dass wir jeden Tag vom Personal den Tisch zugewiesen bekommen haben.
Die Auswahl war sehr gut.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was zu bemängeln wäre. Die Preise für das Abendbüffett fanden wir sehr hoch. Wir haben außerhalb gegessen. Gegenüber befindet sich ein chinesisches Restaurant, welches wir sehr empfehlen können.

Pros:

Wir sind nun schon das zweite Mal dort gewesen und es war wie nach Hause kommen. Wenn es nicht so teuer wäre würden wir hier viel länger aushalten.

Ein tolles Familienhotel
Pros:

Ein super gemütliches Apartment mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Wir haben die Küche gut genutzt und hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Es war auch möglich, das Buffet im Restaurant zu buchen. Der direkte Weg zum Schwimmbad war toll und es gab auch Bademäntel und Handtücher im Apartment.

Es war ok
Pros:

Das Personal im Schwimmbereich war sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, dieses hat alles rausgeholt.

Cons:

Beim Check-in wirkte die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang leider wenig herzlich und freundlich. Zudem war das WLAN im Zimmer sehr schwach. Im Zimmer selbst haben wir einige Spinnweben bemerkt, was den Eindruck der Sauberkeit etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratzen der Kinderbetten empfanden wir als recht unbequem. Außerdem fiel auf, dass eine Mitarbeiterin im Durchgangsbereich zwischen Rezeption und Zimmer im Erdgeschoss in Arbeitskleidung geraucht hat, nicht sehr schön.
Das Schwimmbad ist aus unserer Sicht eher für sehr kleine Kinder geeignet und für größere Kinder weniger empfehlenswert. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Erholsame Tage
Pros:

Einrichtung und Komfort waren sehr gut. Die Lage
Unserer Unterkunft war nicht so perfekt.
Angebot an Verpflegung war perfekt.
Ebenfalls prima war die Verbindung und Angebot mit und im Spassbad.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Unser Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, mussten immer die Rollos hochziehen , um den Blicken von außen zu entgehen

nice place for a short stay with small kids
Pros:

The waterpark was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast is excellent!

Cons:

Dinner options could be more flexible in terms of booking. Luckily, there is a pizza restaurant in the same location. Alcohol drinks from the bar were also very weak.

Für einen kurztrip hervorragend, Badelmantelgang zum Bad und der Sauna war super, die Pinguine sind auch zu sehen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Great stay for a family
Pros:

Beatiful, big room with everything. The hotel is connected to the waterpark and on a weekday it was super, as not many external guests were there. The breakfast buffet also offer big choice and good quality. Everything is family friendly.

The dinner buffet is not at the same level as everything else
