The location was amazing. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for lovely stay. We loved the deck and the hammock.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve preferred. The kitchen sink and the windows above it was dirty. The toilet was very dirty when we got there, but they cleaned it when they cleaned our room.

Unsere Buchung wurde 1 Tag, genauer gesagt am ABEND vor dem Check-In vom Hotel storniert! Ein absolutes No-Go! Wir mussten uns selber um Ersatz kümmern und auch noch auf booking.com stornieren. Ich bin sehr, sehr enttäuscht von dieser Situation!
An dieser Stelle darf ich noch sagen: Unsere Freunde waren im selben Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden. Ziel war es eigentlich zusammen dort 5 Tage zu verbringen. Ich hätte mehr erwartet von der Leitung. Sehr enttäuscht.... :(

Immer gerne wieder wenn ich in Bangkok bin. Super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.
Pros:

Der Besitzer war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann auch direkt in der Unterkunft die Kleider waschen lassen (am nächsten Tag war die Wäsche bereit).

Pros:

Établissement vétuste : présence de rouille importante sur les équipements, salle de bain très ancienne. Les bungalows sont en bord de mer, ce qui est agréable, mais le jardin de l’établissement n’est absolument pas entretenu, avec la présence de déchets.

À notre arrivée, aucun accueil. Nous nous sommes dirigés vers ce qui semblait être la réception, où se trouvait la personne chargée du check-in. Elle était en présence d’un homme — sans que l’on sache s’il faisait partie du personnel — visiblement très mal en point, totalement drogué, avec des propos très incohérents.

Une fois la chambre attribuée, nous avons demandé où louer des scooters. Elle nous a orientés vers une location attenante à l’hôtel, gérée par une autre personne, qui elle était adorable. Cependant, le soir où nous devions rendre les scooters, la gérante n’était pas présente. Nous avons donc demandé de l’aide à la fameuse dame de l’hôtel. Elle l’a appelée pour la prévenir de notre check-out scooter, mais cette dernière n’était pas disponible. La « gérante » de l’hôtel nous a alors dit de lui laisser les clés, ce que nous avons refusé, puisque l’autre dame avait nos cartes d’identité.

Elle a commencé à s’énerver, à devenir très agressive. Elle nous a ordonné de laisser les clés ou de lui laisser de l’argent équivalent à une journée de location par scooter. Nous avons refusé. Toujours de manière agressive, elle est allée vérifier les scooters et a affirmé qu’ils étaient accidentés. C’était évidemment faux : nous avions des vidéos faites avec la gérante attestant qu’aucun impact n’avait été causé.

Nous avons ignoré ces accusations et attendu le lendemain pour voir directement avec la gérante, puisque cette dame n’était qu’une intermédiaire. Le lendemain, la gérante nous a rendu nos cartes d’identité et a bien confirmé que les scooters n’étaient pas endommagés.
