The view, the hospitality, the facilities- reserve yourselves a place at this great hotel
Pros:

The friendly staff at the reception, the great breakfast buffet, the opening hours of the pool, the size of the room and the amazing view from the terrace.

Cons:

At dinner, some of the dishes should be served in shallower dishes for easier dining. Other than that - it's a great hotel.

We enjoyed the stay and views
Pros:

Amazing view, good restaurant, polite and welcoming staff, parking. They provided a contact of taxi driver who brought us quickly back to the hotel after our dinner in Malcesine centre.

Cons:

It was not an issue for us but you need a car to get to the hotel as it is situated on a high and steep slope

tolles Hotel, aufregende Anfahrt, spektakuläre Aussicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick über Malcesine und den Gardasee. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile bekommen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich - wie generell das gesamte Personal.
Positiv aufgefallen: Das Hotel verfügt über eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr lecker, egal ob Fleischgericht oder Pasta.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Tolle Lage, gutes Essen, Pool, ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück auf der Terrasse bei herrlichem Ausblick. Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Sonntags mit Sekt!

Pool mit 25 Meter Länge. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Cons:

.... dass ich wieder nach Hause gehen musste.

It wasnt good, dont know where they got their 4 stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but thats about it.

Cons:

Room might have been nice in 1980. Dinner wasnt good; waiter said that their carbonara is best there is, so i was quite amazed to eat one on the worst carbonara ever.

To top it all, during last day cleaneres went to our room during breakfast BEFORE checkout and took our food which we were planned to eat at plane. After that staff said theres nothing to do about it. I think it was absurd

Schöne Hotelanlage mit Blick über den Gardasee
Pros:

Das Frühstück war bis auf kleine Ausnahmen (s.u.) sehr lecker, Spielzimmer für Kinder gleich nebenan. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß, mit super Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Poolanlage super schön. "Berglage" sehr ruhig, Parkplätze am Hotel.

Cons:

Der Weg in die Stadt, nur mit Auto zu empfehlen.
Beim Frühstück: Personal sehr oft vergessen Kaffee oder Wasser an den Tisch zu bringen, Wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück, (Brötchen billig aufgebacken immer die Gleichen etc.), Frühstücksobst z.B. Erdbeeren, sichtbar mit Schimmel, auf dem Obstteller.
Andere Urlauber mit Hund(en), welche mehrmals tgl. am Fenster vorbei gehen mussten (war nicht notwendig), Hunde bellen.

תמורה מלאה למחיר.
Pros:

בית מלון קטן אבל יש בו הכל - חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, בריכה, ג׳קוזי , ספא, וצוות סופר שירותי. המלון ממוקם על צלע הר מעל האגם כך שיש נוף מהסרטים .

Cons:

ההגעה למלון דורשת 3 ק״מ של נהיגה בכביש צר ותלול המעלה ההר. לא הייתה מכונת קפה בחדר.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung
leider keine Flexibilität des Rezeptionspersonals (wir wollten mit Besuch mit kleinen Kindern an den Pool, hätten dafür natürlich auch extra gezahlt - durften wir aber nicht, obwohl wir dort zusammen teuer gegessen haben)
