Pros:

Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist wunderbar, Frühstück war gut, Ausreichend, Bei Kuchen leider wenig Abwechslung. Lage sollte man verstehen, guter Ausblick bedeutet 15 min zum Strand, bergab und Bergauf :-)

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Abends im Restaurant wsr Preis Leistung gut.Dachterasse war traumhaft.

Cons:

Pool und Liegeplätze sahen auf den Bildern viel größer aus, als es tatsächlich war.

Es war rundum ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und sauber. Ein Highlight war das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse.

Jederzeit gerne wieder Hotel Villa Smeralda
Pros:

Die renovierten Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöne Größe und hohe Decken. Zimmer waren nicht überhitzt. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, aber musste nicht oft eingeschaltet werden
Der Pool war perfekt. Immer genügend freie Liegen.
Ein toller Urlaub mit sehr guter Atmosphäre. Es gibt nichts negatives über das Hotel zu sagen.
Sehr gute preisgünstige Speisekarte. Gerichte waren alle lecker.
Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl und willkommen.

Hotel Smeralda sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch weiterhin war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der Blick vom großen Balkon auf das Seepanorama war fantastisch. Das Frühstück war mit vielen frischen Produkten sehr lecker. Tagsüber und auch abends konnte man von einer kleinen Speisekarte bestellen. Die Preise waren überschaubar. Der Pool war sauber und lud zum Baden ein. Große Sonnenschirme schützen vor der Sonne.
Die guten Betten förderten einen gesunden Schlaf.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze gab es gleich um die Ecke in einem Olivenhain. Lediglich der Gang zum Ort Malcesine war runter noch ok, schnelle Autos und Zweiräder störten.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht zum Gardasee.
Tolles Frühstück alles da was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlte an nichts.
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit.
Whirlpool 2 Euro pro 20 min. extra auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Gardasee.
Ein toller Schwimmingpool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Garage muss man vorher anmelden und kostet pro Tag 8 Euro extra. Auto steht im Freien. Tipp Wichtig buchen.
Der Weg zum Zentrum und Hafen 15 min. runter und 20 min. Bergauf.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff! They staff at the reception , housekeeping and at the breakfast make this hotel special and you feel very well taken care of. Overall very clean facilities, room was spacious, great breakfast with plenty of fresh options and a nice view. Would recommend!

Cons:

A bit further away from the center and the lake (still just a short walk and not an issue unless you're injured)
