No del todo agradable
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, un lugar bastante tranquilo, con acceso rápido a las vías que conectan con el centro. La amabilidad del personal es lo que resalta.

Cons:

La limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones no es muy buena.
El agua caliente es por calentador solar y no es suficiente para cubrir las necesidades de las regaderas.
La limpieza de las tazas del desayuno debe de mejorar, algunas tenían huellas del uso previo.
El viento se filtra por las puertas
En la regadera aún habia un rastrillo ya usado, quiero pensar que de un huésped previo.

The accommodation provides excellent value for the price. Its services and amenities are nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was modest but it was delicious: scrambled eggs, coffee, papaya, bread, butter and marmalade. There is a nice patio with trees and some hammocks.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went to a Conference at the Technological University Bolivar and the accommodation was only a 5-7 minute walk. There are some shops, restaurants, pharmacies and coffee shops around. Walking to the center of Cartagena is about 20 minutes, and it is very enjoyable and safe.
The aircon worked great!

Cons:

The bathroom did not have ventilation but that was not a big deal. I was surprised that the shower had only one temperature. But with the heat there, such temperature is fantastic to take a shower.

It is very expensive for what you get. The bed and pillow were not comfortable. The WC did not Work well and the shower is old
