Great central location. Exceptional staff

Very niche hotel, great breakfast and lovely staff. Thank you again for waiting for us as we were w hit late for check-in.

Emplacement central dans un vieux palais. Chambres parfaitement rénovées et accueil chaleureux.

Super vriendelijke bazin. We kregen een upgrade naar een ruime kamer met mooi zicht. Ze bood ons haar parkeerplaats aan zodat we zeker veilig stonden Een ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen voor 7,5 euro/persoon. Met olijfolie van door haarzelf geplukte olijfjes, heerlijke tomaat met mozzarella, lekkere croissants, broodjes, ham, kaas, confituur, ontbijtgranen en dergelijke meer. Gewoon weg Fantastisch en heerlijk!! Het hotel is gelegen onderaan de historische trappen van Caltagirone.

La struttura si trova all'interno di un antico palazzo nel pieno centro storico..... le camere sono curate nei minimi particolari, la signora che cura la struttura disponibilissima e gentile..

Molta cura dei dettagli. Ciabatte, kit rasoio, spazzolini e dentifrici, cuffie...Molto apprezzati

Pulizia e competenza del personale.

The room was very clean. That is important to use. Lots of nice amenities. The owner obviously wants to provide very high quality. The towels were the best I have ever had down from a 5 star hotel. They provided booties for our feet and nice toiletries. The room was very big which made the sparce furniture stand out. Everything was new and the bed was excellent.

Sehr zentral von einem Innenhof aus erreichbar, liegt das Mini-Hotel, jetzt Verus, auf der 3. Etage. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet; unseres war mit schwarzen Möbeln und dezent goldfarbenen Verzierungen ausgestattet. Frühstück nach Wunsch umfangreich oder italienisch einfach. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für den abendlichen Restaurantbesuch gegeben.

Allt var jättebra. Fantastisk frukost. Värden Vanessa var helt suverän och oerhört hjälpsam. Hon tom följde med oss i bilen så att vi skulle hitta rätt. Hon hjälpte oss me d väskorna upp för de 62 trappstegen och fanns till hands hela tiden!!

Beautiful big, clean room in a lovely old building that makes you really feel at home in the old part of Caltagirone. A great location, very helpful staff, and the next time I come to Caltagirone I will definitely stay here again. There are plenty of stairs to get to the hotel which is on the third floor, but that's very Caltagirone as well!

Fantastic location. Good value. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet historic building near the bottom of the famous stairs. Lovely people. Good breakfast, adapted for a vegetarian. Good tips on where to eat. Vanessa and Anna are treasures. They helped with transport when I was stranded courtesy of Trenitalia who were running buses due to track work, but....the bus never showed up. Sicily has its challenges so good help can be invaluable. I recommend.

Il personale accogliente premuroso e gentile. La posizione dell'hotel. La camera spaziosa e ben pulita. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno in questo hotel

Great staff, very clean, comfortable and in some respects way more than comfortable. Excellent location.
However there are a lot of stairs, no lift, 2nd floor but very high ceilings so more like 4 th floor. keys and entrance not intuitive, but I’m old so that could be my issue. Age aside they need more light by street door (both sides) also, good to know you need to go through the entrance “patio “ of palace go to left and start up the stairs. All under 50 will love this place, 50-70 some effort, 70- on (my category), doable. The delightful woman at front desk will get you help with your luggage

Good breakfast first morning, poor the next. Very polite host, waiting at reception on arrival. Large room and ensuite.
