L'accueil, le lieu, la situation et plein de petits détails qui fond cet hôtel spécial
Endroit sublime, super bien décoré avec goût et simplicité. La touche moderne de l’intérieur change de ce qu’on trouve d’habitude. Tout est très propre , calme et apaisant. Anne et tout le personnel était aux petits soins.
Et surtout : isolation sonore au top , on oublie qu’on est au cœur de la kasbah une fois à l’intérieur !

la très grande gentillesse et prévenance du personnel, la décoration du lieu, le professionnalisme des masseuses au spa, les petits mets délicieux servis au petit déjeuner.
chambre petite, au RDC, un peu trop bruyante avec les entrées et sorties des autres voyageurs. un sas pour isoler de ces allers et venues serait idéal. c'était la dernière disponible ....
El desayuno estaba muy completo pero nos habría gustado que cambiara porque los 4 días comimos prácticamente lo mismo.
La ubicación nos gustó.
La piscina. Habría que arreglarla porque las teselas nos hicieron pequeños cortes en manos y pies.

Great services, Anne and the entire staff were fantastic (great advice and recommendations for exploring the area). The location is also convenient, walking distance to the souks and medina. Our room was clean and modern furnished. For someone first experiencing Marrakech, it’s a great place to book as you get a good location + help from the hotel with transfers, guides, etc. It made the experience more memorable.
Room was a bit small, but we did book last minute. Price-wise, also a bit on the expensive side, but we did go over NY, which is always in demand.

Lots of construction noise. The older man was not very friendly but the other staff were great. Would’ve been nice to have service in terrace outside of breakfast.

En la primera habitación había mucho ruido de las cañerías, pero lo dijimos y enseguida nos cambiaron a otra donde estuvimos fenomenal.
Anne and the other staff were great they couldn’t do enough for you and made our stay very enjoyable.
We would have liked a bar to come back and have a drink at the end of a busy day.
