Noisy boiler in basement disrupted sleep. Massage given my the younger lady had a cough which transferred to me.

Great place in the old town, with all major POIs in walking distance!

Un véritable havre de paix dans la Kasbah
Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique et la décoration tout autant.
Très serein comme environnement.
La situation est idéale pour se déplacer à pied

Cons:

Le seul petit hic, la chambre Atay subit un léger désagrément, on entend la chasse d’eau de la chambre du dessus.

Un bon moment de calme et de tranquillité.
Pros:

La propreté. L’accueil très sympathique d’Anne qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils: monuments et sites à visiter, restaurants où prendre un repas etc. Le personnel était souriant et bienveillant.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux de 3 nuits en famille dans cet hôtel. Tout était absolument parfait : le confort est irréprochable, la décoration est soignée dans les moindres détails et la propreté est exemplaire. Ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial, c'est l'accueil. Tout personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une bienveillance rare. On s'est senti vraiment choyés. Nous avons également profité du SPA : le rituel complet hammam nous a offert un moment de relaxation incroyable. Tout le Pavillon est l'endroit idéal pour déconnecter totalement après une longue journée de marche et de visite. Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix. Merci à Anne et à chacun 🙏

Owner is very nice and helpful. Clean. Great terrace for rooftop breakfast.

Cons:

Need to fix the room safes. Noise in alleyway below our window. Narrow street like others in Marrakesh. Not well lit at night.

Calme, propre, privé, apaisant - A refaire
Pros:

Endroit sublime, super bien décoré avec goût et simplicité. La touche moderne de l’intérieur change de ce qu’on trouve d’habitude. Tout est très propre , calme et apaisant. Anne et tout le personnel était aux petits soins.
Et surtout : isolation sonore au top , on oublie qu’on est au cœur de la kasbah une fois à l’intérieur !
