Good hotel in a good location 👍
Pros:

This is a nice and cozy hotel a few minutes walk to a beautiful park, balneological resort & spa, Tetra Cave, supermarkets nearby. Friendly Lucas helped us with luggage during quick and easy check-in. Lovely Nina welcomed us with glasses of home wine 🍷 🍷. The hospitable hotel owner upgraded our rooms free of charge. A huge thanks to Mamuka who took care of us throughout our week of stay, helped us with advices and luggage. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, refrigerator, etc. There is a dinning room, which is convenient for families and travelers with children. It is possible to order food from the menu. There is a coffee machine in the lobby. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, cotton linens, air conditioning, shampoo, hands wash, hair dryer, robes, slippers in the rooms, parking. Good basic hotel for a reasonable price run by a great team 👍

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is a long staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities or with heavy suitcases. The sign with the hotel name needs to be made brighter and more attractive so that more people will know about such a wonderful place.

very close to the tskaltubo central park, market and fresh bakery, very neat clean budget facility
Pros:

very kind owner, very clean facility and very helpful, allowed us to check out late because our flight got delayed, also offerred us tea

Nice basic hotel with good location, easy parking run by enthusiastic ladies.
Pros:

Lovely reception lady speaks Georgian and no English. Offered multiple rooms. Hotel was good value for money, very friendly staff. Room is clean and practical. Tv works fine. Breakfast which we booked ahead was very lovely and absolutely worth it.

Cons:

Rooms were on smaller size, bathroom even smaller in many. Shower is over toilet so it becomes wet room. The plumbing makes lots of noise with flush. Heating worked after a lot of figuring out. Very bad spring bed, made sound each time we turned, was uncomfy to sleep on and woke up with back ache but for a night it was ok. A tall mirror in the room and a mat to dry feet would be very helpful.

Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance from springs and 10-15 minutes to Kutaisi city center by public transport. All staff are very friendly and careful. Definitely will come back and would recommend it. Thanks a lot
