Ok for its price, but wouldn't revisit.
Pros:

Good breakfast, great location. Helpful staff, though bit of a language barrier. Lucky there's Google Translate.

Cons:

The room had some black hair on the fabrics. Water pressure was poor, no hot water from the shower. The dogs barked all night thru, so best to take some earplugs with you.

The staff is not only very welcoming and attentive but always ready to give us information. The food is excellent and plentiful.

Only negative point, Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 3 in G major was played at night by a pack of dogs, but it is a classical work in Georgia

Cons:

The hotel was OK. But the 3 meals included in the price were abominable. Anyone who can serve cold over-cooked spaghetti without shame, should not be let into a kitchen.
