Mooie accommodatie, maar slechte catering en service
Pros:

De accommodatie en de kamers zijn fantastisch

Cons:

De locatie is ongeveer 25 min verwijderd van Marrakech, kosten voor een enkele trip met een uber bedragen rond de 15€
Het eten is in vergelijking met de accommodatie echt ondermaats. Wat heel vervelend is want daardoor wil/moet je wel buiten de deur eten, dit geldt voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten. Ook een simpele cappuccino is niet mogelijk om te bestellen
Personeel spreekt bijna tot geen Engels en voelt daardoor alsof ze je ontwijken waardoor service ook ondermaats is

Un séjour absolument magique à Casa Abracadabra ✨
Pros:

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été complètement séduits par ce lieu magnifique, qui nous plonge dans une véritable atmosphère des Mille et Une Nuits. Tout est pensé et décoré avec énormément de goût : le design, les matières, les couleurs, chaque détail est soigné et l’ensemble est d’un raffinement incroyable.

Nous avons eu la merveilleuse surprise d’être surclassés et de découvrir une suite absolument incroyable, magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Une très belle attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel.

La piscine est immense et superbe, avec la possibilité de déjeuner ou de dîner autour dans un cadre enchanteur. Les petits-déjeuners sont également incroyables, généreux et délicieux.

Mention spéciale au spa et à la qualité des soins : un véritable moment de détente et de bien-être, avec des prestations vraiment remarquables.

Et surtout, un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse, d’une attention et d’un professionnalisme rares. On se sent véritablement accueilli et choyé du début à la fin.

Un séjour merveilleux dans un lieu hors du temps. Nous avons adoré chaque instant, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons Casa Abracadabra les yeux fermés ! ✨

DE LO MEJOR QUE HE VISTO EN MUCHOS LUGARES DEL MUNDO.
Pros:

Todo el hotel. Una MARAVILLA!!! Una maravilla todo, las habitaciones, spa, servicio, desayuno, carta de vinos, etc.... una maravilla de lugar. Enhorabuena a los que se trabajan en el hotel y a quienes sean sus dueños!!!!!

El spa, una maravilla, las habitaciones ídem y la piscina, restaurante una maravilla.

Ha sido un grandísimo descubrimiento que hará que vuelva a Marraquech otra vez aunque sea solamente para alojarme en esta sitio.

Great stay for some R&R
Pros:

What we liked the most was the ambiance of the domaine and the swimming pool as well as the lunch and diner in the hotel was really good. The room was very nice and more an authentic style of Marocco compared to other resorts. The amount of attention of the staff constantly cleaning the pool area etc.

Cons:

The fly’s and insects were terrible. I never experienced something like this before in Marrakesh or elsewhere. I think you can easily fix it with some simple measures…The shower also need some improvement the was no warm water the last day and if there is warm water it is super super hot so be careful. No television in the room and small fridge.

Lovely setting pool, spa and staff. It’s a quiet paradise!

The pool, pool bar, service, location, setting, room, hammam, spa service.

Cons:

It wasn’t easy to arrange/change the pre-booked shuttle collection from the centre of Marrakesh which was disappointing. It wasn’t easy to get a drink served at the pool bar. Food was on the pricier side. I knew this before I booked though.
