Land's End Villa

Le personnel n'est pas du tout au niveau de ce qu'on attend quand on va dans un hébergement de ce type. Ils ne sont pas au courant de la possibilité ou non de manger sur place le soir. Ils finissent par nous donner une heure de diner mais finalement n'ont pas de cuisinier à l'heure proposée..
L'ambiance est particulière entre les differentes personnes du personnel.
Dommage, cela ternit un peu la beauté du lieu.
Je pense qu'il est possible de trouver mieux.

Host was very straight forward and rude in his responses and was not very solution Oriented person for his customers.

Staff were fairly rude and tried to get me to pay 20% extra for having a guest in my room for a few hours during the day. You can see it was once a beautiful hotel but it has been neglected and in need of some significant maintenance. The pool was not really usable and was dirty. Bathroom was also poor and full of mosquitoes.

The pool is not clean at all. In fact you can not use it.
Dirty mosquito net around the bed.

Staff is very slow ... felt them like lazy and annoyed to reply questions
Main house would need a bit of refresh
When you get in the property, you face tons of trash .. smell is terrible
Our room was "with garden" view. But there is no real view. Bedroom was small and bed uncomfortable. There is no windows or system to refresh the bathroom.. leading to humidity ... and bad smell
When you flush the toilet ... it is triggering a very bad smell going from other pipes ..
Ps : some electric plug doesnt work ... make sure your phone is charging when going to bed

My room was downstairs and it was nice, however, the smell was strong (I don’t know if it was because of the rocks, humidity or what), I didn’t feel that was healthy for me. I only slept in the room with AC so the air can circulate. The bed wasn’t really comfortable. Wifi was nonexistent in my room.

Very basic accommodation. Old . Run down. Smelly. Stained curtains. Pool not clear so we didnt use. Breakfast very basic- orange squash! Not fresh orange juice. Staff unfriendly . The worst accommodation we stayed in and the most expensive ! Many nicer places actually on the beach ( not rocks) for much less. Other guests walked in front of our window constantly and looked in. Such a shame for our last stay . Would not take card and added 10% as booked with booking.com.we basically slept there and stayed out as long as possible. Was a huge mistake booking here 😫

Switches were inadequate and placed away from the bed. Kettle was provided on request.

Het gedateerde hotel. Er was slecht onderhoud..De prijs- kwaliteit verhouding is echt niet juist. De service is er niet in het hotel.

Everything else ..
- cleanlines : stains on bedsheets and pillow cover and towels ,
The mattress is worn out and must be changed .
Moldy smell is everywhere once you enter the villa .
Mold everywhere like shower curtain and fridge .

The villa needs total renovation .. if that happened with that view it would be on totally different level.
