The lady in charge was lovely. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely location and loads of bars and restaurants within 2 minutes. The pool was lovely too.
Certain loud, incredibly obnoxious guests from a certain pariah country who seem to make up most of unawatuna unfortunately. :(

The bathroom could have a foot towel, a scraper for scooping up water, and wine glasses.
Great property for our family, a couple, 4yr old and new baby. The host was very accommodating to our needs, providing extra bed for our baby. Location is right in the heart of Unawatuna and only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach. Pool was great. Breakfast was lovely every morning.
Only criticism was the pool tiles around the edge of the pool were extremely slippery and my daughter and I both fell down. I did find this a problem at other pools in the area too.

Снимали апартаменты с кухней. Все в номере есть. В каждой комнате свой санузел, что очень порадовало.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! There were 4 adults and 1 child. There was enough space for everyone and it was very comfortable. The hostess was responsive and addressed all our requests. The pool was nice and clean. The sea is not far. The main street is close, but at the same time, the hotel is quiet. We really liked everything. If we ever return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely return to this hotel.
we stayed 5 nights and we had massive power drop out 4 nights.

We were there for 4 nights and couldn't be happier, it's off the main street and a little quieter while being close to the shops and restaurants and max 10 minutes walk to the beach
The staff and owner were excellent and very accommodating. It was easy to get answers to any questions. The pool is lovely to chill out on the beds. It’s a really well run hotel - in previous reviews people have mentioned the need to update furniture etc but everything works - yes there are a few things that you think “okay” but they don’t detract from the accommodation overall. The hotel will help organise airport transfers at a reasonable rate.
Some up grades on furniture but as I said previously it did not detract from the stay we had.
Location was good
Unfortunately this hotel was very dark and filthy and had an awful smell in the apartment of urine. We struggled to sleep in it and shortened our stay. The sheets were crusty. Not as advertised with washing machine or tv either. The apartment was full of mosquitos when we arrived.

The Wi-Fi isn’t great but this didn’t really affect our stay. The facilities are a little outdated
Location was great. 50m from the beach road where lots of restaurants and bars could be found. 20 mins tuk tuk to galle
Rooms were massive but lacked in furniture ie. Sofa, bathroom shelves and bedroom tables.
Nice staff, always tries to assist. Spacious appartments. Great location on the main tourist street.

Decent sized pool with a safe child friendly pool adjacent, which a 2 yr old could stand up in. Our room had a fridge and freezer, along with a basic kitchen
It felt a bit tired; switches broken; uncomfortable bed; poor a/c in room; some ceiling fans didn’t work; towel rail hanging off wall
Excellent location and fantastic pool. We had a great time here, kids absolutely loved it. We had an apartment for our family of 5 which was perfect for us - kitchen, sofa, dining room table
