直前の予約になり，他のホテルが軒並み高い中，非常にリーズナブルに宿泊できた．
Pros:

JRおよびいよてつの駅のすぐそばの立地で，コンビニ（土産あり）も近かった．古くからある施設なので心配したが，内装はきれいで手入れが行き届き清潔であった．朝食も和洋そろっており，ごはん（カレーもあり）とパンとで選べた．長期間毎日食べる場合には飽きるかもしれないが，数日なら全く問題ないであろう．私は利用しなかったが，フロアにはマンガや文庫本の貸し出し（セルフ）もあり，ユニークであった．（利用者も見かけた．）

Cons:

1泊なので関係なかったが，連泊の場合は部屋の清掃を省いているようだ．これを嫌がる人がいるかもしれない．部屋のカギはカードでなく，またオートロックでなくアクリル角棒であった．これも気になる人はいるかもしれない．真夜中（2時半～4時半）はフロントには人がいないようだ．（悪いということではないが．）

機会があればまた泊まりたい
Pros:

朝食が種類も多く、美味しかった。温泉が割引で入れる点がとても良かった。

Cons:

今回は喫煙部屋しかとれなかったので、そこが唯一良くなかった点。ただ、直前の予約だったが、丁寧に対応して下さってとても良かった。

セミダブルで2人で1.7万くらいだが、割高に感じた。
Pros:

松山駅の目の前にあり、徒歩数分。
スタッフも日本人ばかりで接客がとても良かった。
近くのスーパー銭湯に割安で入れるが、ホテルを出て行き帰りするのは女性には難しく意味がなかった。特に深夜は地下道通るのは怖い。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋がなく喫煙しかなかったので、部屋中タバコ臭く酷い匂いだった。ルームキーは昔ながらの鍵タイプ。

少しお部屋が狭く、古い感じはあるけどまた宿泊したいです。
Pros:

朝食バイキングのメニューもそれなりにあり、店員さんの気遣いが素敵でした。
受付のかたも親切でした。
車も止めることができ良かったです。
近くの温泉も割安で入れて楽しかったです。

Reasonable hotel close to station and tram station. Room size .arge by Japanese standards.

Cons:

A bit dated and tired. We had a non smoking room which had a strong cigarette odour throughout. Also, although we understand that it was a holiday weekend, the price was way more than we have encountered, even in Tokyo on Silver week. Not great value for money
