TUTTO PERFETTO
Pros:

Personale molto disponibile. Tutti sempre super sorridenti. Rosa, la ragazza che ci ha accolte, è stata davvero gentilissima. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Inoltre, tutto molto pulito, soprattutto zona piscina.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è che le camere sono poco insonorizzate, si sentiva tutto dalla stanza affianco, ma a parte questo, tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Friendly staff (especially the younger guy and the ladies), also to our dogs. Clean room and nicely decorated. We also had a nice little terrace (where you can have your breakfast). +- 450 meters away there are some restaurants (and very close by a pizzeria).

Deserves to be 4 stars!
Pros:

This hotels deserves to be 4 stars. Stylish and modern design, great staff, always made us free coffee and tea. It was a really pleasant surprise to have stayed here and we will definitely consider it a top option when visiting Italy again.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and warm. Great that we had our little terracce, where we enjoyed our breakfast. A lot of room for parking. Our room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom had shower supplies.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, matress was hard. Our room wasnt soundproof at all. Could hear everything from the other rooms and the coridor. Also the staff was quite noisy in the coridor at 11PM. Breakfast wasnt something special, coffee was ok! Keep in mind that the pool might not be included in the price, staff told us that pool is for extra money (15€ per person). The pool looked awesome and clean.

In my opinion the mattress was not comfortable but that’s a personal choice. Other than that everything was perfect

Pros:

Really clean! Cleaning lady is extremely kind and nice! They clean your room every single day. The swimming pool is extremely clean and water in it as well. The breakfast is nice... Really wonderful. There are sand beaches and you should take the bus 910 or 911 or 14 towards LIDO DI LICOLA. It is really crazy with buses. Buses don't have numbers on them, only in google maps they have numbers. Bus drivers don't know the numbers of the buses they drive and also the bus stations aren't marked nor named so bus drivers don't even know the names of bus stations. Just take the bus which goes to LIDO DI LICOLA and you will see wonderful beaches.

Absolute fantastic stay
Pros:

Everything was so clean the staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond nicest hotel I’ve been to where customer service was priority they helped with everything. They were so kind and friendly. And we’re amazing with my 1 year old. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many hotels but this one’s serviced was top tier. I cant put into words how lovely everyone was and everything was.
