Da migliorare il customer service oriented del personale alla reception

Posizione , pulizia camere , spiaggia con lettini distanziati

Cons:

Telefonata arrogante e maleducata allé h. 10.00 del giorno del check-out. La signora alla reception ci intima di lasciare immediatamente la spiaggia, perché non compresa il giorno del check-out. Mi guardo intorno : spiaggia deserta per il brutto tempo . Ombrelloni e lettini vuoti. Modi maleducati della persona che ci da’ anche dei “furbi” per non aver chiesto il permesso prima. Assolutamente fuori luogo e non “customer oriented”. Due notti a 800 Euro , e mi si intima di abbandonare immediatamente la spiaggia deserta per il mal tempo! Questa e’ la nota che ha rovinato umore e vacanza!

Pros:

La posizione eccellente, lo staff gentilissimo, la pulizia impeccabile. La spiaggia attrezzata ad uso esclusivo. Ottima anche la colazione. Tutto ottimo.

Cons:

Il letto matrimoniale, avrei preferito due letti separati ma non c'è questa possibilità.

We had a great two-night stay
Pros:

Great location right on the private beach for hotel guests. Beautiful terrace for breakfast looking over the sea. Rooms very neat and comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was on the street side and quite noisy sometimes.

L’accueil est très personnel et chaleureux
La propreté et le confort ainsi que le service au petit-déjeuner
La disponibilité et la qualité des services proposés
L’environnement parfait pour un séjour en bord de mer recherché

Cons:

la seule chose que je relève est le manque d’une bouilloire avec un service à café ou thé lorsque tu as envie de te lever tôt pour aller marcher. Un conseil pour améliorer le standing de manière facile : un service à thé et café pour attendre l’heure du petit-déjeuner pour les personnes qui se lèvent tôt ! Ce serait parfait pour les réveils en attendant 8h pour manger le petit-déjeuner

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Gemütliches sauberes Hotel mit bester Lage am schönen Strand. Zwei Sonnenliegen und ein Sonnenschirm dabei im Preis. Es waren immer genügend Liegen vorhanden und es gab sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal vor Ort.
