Pros:

Die Aussicht auf die Berge. Zimmer sehr schön und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Zu viele Leute die kamen mit dem Reisecar. Sie stürmten auf das Buffet los, dass für andere kaum etwas übrig blieb!

Pros:

Accoglienza eccezionale da parte dello staff.
Colazione (e pasti in generale) molto soddisfacenti, abbondanti e di ottima qualità.
Personale preparato ad abbracciare le richieste degli ospiti e pronto a risolvere eventuali problematiche in corso d'opera.
Di sicuro ci tornerei, la struttura merita davvero una seconda visita...e anche una terza!

Cons:

Mancando l'aria condizionata in camera, la prima notte (metà agosto) è stata un pò calda, ma alla reception hanno subito trovato un ventilatore e fatto trovare in camera la mattina dopo.

Pros:

​Nel complesso il soggiorno all'Hotel Hubertus è stato positivo. La struttura si distingue per l'ottima pulizia e l'eleganza degli ambienti.

​Camera e Servizi

La camera matrimoniale era spaziosa, pulita e ben strutturata, con bagno grande, balcone e i classici piumini singoli alla tedesca sui letti uniti. Piacevole anche l'area benessere, dotata di piscina interna con SPA e di una piscina esterna.

​Posizione

L'hotel si trova nel piccolo centro di Villandro, raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti d'auto in salita partendo da Chiusa. La posizione è comoda e nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un piccolo supermercato utile per le prime necessità.

​Ristorazione

Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione:

​Colazione: Completa e ben fornita, sia sul dolce che sul salato.

​Cena: Proposta di livello gourmet con selezione quotidiana dei piatti tramite menu consegnato al mattino.

Cons:

​Note e punti di miglioramento

Essendo in gravidanza avevo segnalato in anticipo le mie limitazioni alimentari. Nei primi giorni c'è stata qualche incomprensione e difficoltà di gestione con la cucina, problema che si è comunque risolto nel corso del soggiorno.

​Un aspetto su cui la struttura potrebbe migliorare è l'approccio di alcuni membri del personale, che in certe occasioni è risultato un po' distaccato e poco cordiale.

​Un'esperienza nel complesso valida e che mi sento di consigliare, pur con questi minimi margini di miglioramento

Hotel bien équipé et bien situé
Pros:

Hotel plutôt bien situé pour rayonner dans les Dolomites, personnel très aimable, équipements complets (2 piscines, salle de sport, sauna, ...). Très belle vue. Petit-dej complet et dîner délicieux.

Cons:

Chaleur dans les chambres. Pas assez de transats côté piscine extérieure. Boissons très chères.
