Die Anreise und das Einchecken gehen reibungslos
Das personalfreie Ein- und Auschecken ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber funktioniert gut
Parkplätze im Hof sind schmal aber super, dass es welche gibt
Das Zimmer im DG war etwas neutraler eingerichtet als die auf der Seite sonst dargestellten - aber es hat eine nette Atmosphäre zu bieten. Alles sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr angenehm. Betten bequem. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist gut. Die Bäder pragmatisch und mit den Carrara Fliesen recht schön anzuschauen.

Cons:

Es wird derzeit im Haus renoviert demnach die Zuwege zum Zimmer etwas schmuddelig ;)
Der kleine Sessel und auch der Teppichboden sind zwar ordentlich staubgesaugt - aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen - fleckig, und nicht mehr schön anzuschauen. Duscharmatur war defekt - aber nutzbar

Nous avons été hébergé dans les chambres #32 et #36 pendant une nuit, avec nos enfants de moins de 10 ans. Malheureusement, nous n'avions presque pas de chauffage dans les deux chambres.

Auch für den Preis insgesamt nicht ok
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber. Lage war für den Zweck des Aufenthalts perfekt und ist zentrumsnah.

Cons:

Leider wurden ohne vorherige Ankündigung umfängliche Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt. Im zugewiesenen Zimmer und Flur befanden sich große Löcher in der Decke, die gar nicht oder unzureichend abgesichert wirkten (siehe Fotos). Außerdem gab es mehrfach Probleme mit dem elektronischen Türcodeschloss, sodass ein Zugang zum Zimmer nicht zuverlässig möglich war - gerade abends sehr problematisch, da es kein Personal vor Ort gibt. Die Kommunikation zur Klärung der Situation verläuft schleppend, ein potentielles Entgegenkommen des Hotels steht noch aus.

Cons:

Ich wurde in ein Raucherzimmer einquartiert, das war einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Dusche hat nur zwei Einstellungen, heiß oder kalt. Das elektronische Schloss am Eingang funktioniert nicht richtig, es startet während der Zahleneingabe mehrfach neu, sodass man von neuem beginnen muss. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht mehr übernachten.

Für 1 Nacht ok, wenn man bei der Hygiene kompromissbereit ist.

Die Lage war gut, die Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Cons:

1. Das Bett (Unterlaken, Innenfutter) war unsauber (fremde Haare, trockene Blutflecken, teils kaputt). Ich habe freundlich um ein sauberes Unterlaken gebeten, dass vorhandene wurde jedoch nicht entfernt oder gesäubert. Am Abend war das Bett zwar neu gemacht, aber beim genauen Hinschauen war es noch „Pfui“!
