Location of the hotel, some staff was friendly except the bar staff who kept ignoring us when we asked them to make fire for us

Cons:

I believe this half board does not work for everyone cause the buffet was so bad, its either the meat is very dry and very few options for a buffet dinner. Seafood you get only calamari, vege is just raw mixed veges or dry roast potatoes, it was not easy especially for kids, now you have to order on the menu whilst you have paid for half board. It was so cold and sometimes your staff ignores you when you ask them to make fire in the fireplace. The rooms were cleaned after lunch, imagine in that cold you have to wait for room service when you get to the bar to wait the fireplace is off
