Anniversary Getaway.
Pros:

This is the perfect getaway. Easy access to the accommodation, staff are pleasant, helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and neat, food is exceptional with a variety. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended another night stay.

THE GUEST MANAGER THEO WAS NOT APOLOGETIC.
KEPT ON SAYING WE HAVE NO ROOMS.
I WAS OFFERED A ROOM DAY BEFORE CHECKOUT VERY FAR AWAY ON ANOTHER FLOOR.
FOR A 70 YR OLD I WAS NOT GIVEN AN UPGRADE .
FOR R6000 RAND A NIGHT IT WAS NOT TO MY SATISFACTION.
THEO HAS NO GUEST COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
