Pros:

The hotel is just situated near the boating area, walkable distance with multiple shopping options.

Cons:

I felt it was value for money, but few alteration to electric board would have been nice, as the room i was staying had the main switch broken. It is an easy fix which could have been addressed by the management. Rest it is all good.

Pros:

The facility has its own hotel in the Ground floor and the tariff does not cover the Breakfast, Guest has to buy food.
The room rent is only for the room and no toiletries provided.

Cons:

The room allotted to us did not have shower, there was no hot water facility although the tariff described.
In Bath and Room the Glasses on windows were broken and there is a risk of insects and monkeys entering the room.

Hotel is located opposite to the falls road, and is easy and walkable distance to falls

Cons:

Covered car parking was not provided though there was convenience for it, we had to park it on open road. Car washing, cleaning service could be provided on pay basis
