Pros:

Really comfortable beds, great TV we could stream on, lovely (most comfortable) spa and a nice community feel to the place. Very close to shops (short 5 min walk) and next door to potentially the largest RSL I've ever seen in my life. Great stop over for our family as we drove to QLD.

Cons:

The service and facilities don't match the price. For the cost, the quality of the bathroom items was very poor. Only one small bottle of water in fridge and charging $5 for it. At the price point I'd expect free bottled water for the number of room occupants at least.
Check in was efficient but not friendly or welcoming.
