Location is fine though bit interior the rims are not fitted even with basic things !! Sad to see there is not even a cloth hanger , one cloth hanger I doubt is fitted on the wall around 7 feet above from floor !! Nit even a table , but a single chair , big ever basic toiletries provided !!!

The breakfast did not meet my expectation
There is always no staff at the reception counter, and you have to ring them to come to your aid with your needs. The bed linen is not clean at all, and Isteraha should check their water supply in the bathroom; there is a foul smell in their water supply.

The room we booked had a bad smell when the bathroom door was open. The door could not be closed because there was no door striker mechanism in the doorlock. We rewuested a change of room. The room we were given was much smaller but ok for one night.
A change of room was organised to a new larger room. The new room was fine.
I went to pay for our room stay onky to find that the hotel mngt had added an extra charge to the bill for commission. I refused to pay it. We then had a big argument involving the reception staff and the female proprietor who on the phone. I pointed out ti them that the charge should be less as we stayed in a much smaller room for the night.
I soon got fed uo with this and cancelled the rental. I agreed on the price for two nights but pointed out it should be slightly less and I was not going to pay commission. The proprietor refused.
So I just plonked the money owed as per Booking.com's on the counter and gathered our things and went ti walk out. A receptionist stopped us on the way out and gave us 70 pesos back for the difference in price between the large room and the small room.
This hotel doesn't take credit card payments.
These establishments should be removed from Booking.com's hotel proprietor's establishments list.
These things happen, luckily not too often.

One way road in and out. Bed is pretty hard foam, room is slightly larger than the bed, Cash only. No credit or debit cards!
