Beauitful views
Pros:

Incredible location with beautiful walking paths and views of the mountains from the restaurant and the roof. Room was tidy and comfortable for me and my sister. Staff were very friendly. Dinner ends at 8:00, we arrived too late so we walked up the hill to another restaurant. The breakfast was generous with lots of options, and they assigned us a table on the terrace facing the mountains that was ready when we arrived.

We feel Booking .com do not describe the hotel adequately
Pros:

Difficult to rate our stay with just multiple choice as there were good points but several issues that spoilt the stay which I have put in the next section. The room was lovely and the view amazing. Breakfast was very good as was the distance from the town, where there was a supermarket and several restaurant's.

Cons:

As the weather was unbelievably hot, air conditioning is needed in this hotel.
The main issue however was that it is predominantly a SEMINAR hotel. Even though the heading states it is Bed & Breakfast. There are only a few words well into the description that even mention it has a business facility when it is clearly that is the main part of the hotel.
When we stayed there were several seminars taking place which created restrictions for HOLIDAY guests. There was a beautiful terrace HOWEVER on the four nights we stayed we were not allowed to use it once due to function's taking place.
The functions created other problems NOISE, VERY NOISY therefore we could not open our windows due to the excessive noise coming from the terrace - this spoilt the quit ambience we were told the hotel had. Although most night it did not go on until after 10, it still spoilt our stay. And as it was 30 degrees opening windows was necessary.
These restrictions affects the value for money as we could not use facilities we were paying for.
We did raise the issue with the manager both at the hotel and by email when we got home but feel he was dismissive of our issues.
There were other issues but as these we hope were one offs haven't listed them.
If you are wanting a quiet stay this may not be the place for you - that's a shame as the setting is lovely.

The room was a good size and faced the mountains with a balcony and the bathroom was big!
Pros:

I like that they gave us a fan. Most hotels do not have air conditioning so it can be hot in August but it was fine. We wanted to stay an extra couple of nights and didn’t want to have to figure out a new place to stay and they gave us a couple more days at the same price.

Cons:

The hotel is old and needs updating but I’m sure it’s expensive to do since it’s Switzerland

Pros:

Es hat für meine Ansprüche perfekt gestimmt. Personal sehr nett, Küche sehr fein, alle sind im Haus willkommen, auch Hunde. Das Seminarhaus bietet für jedes Portemonnaie etwas an. Herzlichen Dank, ich werde bestimmt bald wieder kommen.

Everything unusually small, and certainly not in line with the price: the room as a whole, the mini beds, the micro bath. To withstand
