Amazing views
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Hotel Victoria, and I would definitely go back. The views were breathtaking, and the staff was welcoming. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night :) I would highly recommend it!

Lindo hotel pero calidad-precio regular
Pros:

Todo muy bonito, rodeado de áreas verdes , las vistas al volcán muy lindas, el hotel era un paraíso. Pero calidad precio no estaba correspondido, luego nos dimos cuenta que hay otros lugares en las isla donde te ofrecen aire acondicionado y mejor desayuno.

Cons:

Lo primero que los dueños viven ahí y están pendientes de cada paso que das, no sientes privacidad en ese sentido.
El desayuno repetitivo , siendo un país como Nicaragua donde abunda la flora con tanta fruta natural en el país no puede ser no te ofrezcan zumos naturales en el desayuno, el desayuno era siempre gallopinto pan y huevo, cualquier cosa adicional es un extra. Son un poco fijados con el cliente. Solo nuestro último día nos ofrecieron un plato pequeño de fruta.
Cuidado que el tipo de cambio dolar-Córdoba que te aplican es el que ellos quieren, debes fijarte el tipo de cambio oficial porque hay una ley en el país que se debe respetar.
No tienen tarifa de mascota establecida , te aplican la que ellos quieran , deberían especificarlo en el apartado de información adicional la tarifa por mascota y también enviarte un mensaje al reservar que se les informe en caso de llevar mascotas.

Freundliches Personal. Warmes Wasser. Sehr zentrale Lage. Schönes Hotel. Großes Zimmer. Leistungsfähige Klimaanlage- dauert einen kleinen Moment.

Cons:

Ich hatte etwas Pech mit meinem Bett. Dort fehlte in der ersten Nacht ein Bettpfosten am Kopfende. Das machte das Schlafen etwas ungemütlich. Das Personal ergänzte am nächsten Tag den Bettpfosten und das Bett war wieder stabil. Der Kühlschrank machte recht störene Geräusche. Poolfliesen am Rand waren nicht wirklich sauber. Der Badezimmerspiegel ist nicht vor dem Waschbecken.

Pros:

O espaço é muito bonito, as camas confortáveis e o pessoal muito simpático.

Cons:

Há algumas coisas que podem melhorar, tendo em conta a qualidade do espaço. Os chuveiros são fracos (não pela ausência de água quente, que acaba por não fazer falta), disponibilizarem apenas um sabonete também parece já pouco adequado para um hotel destes. E o pequeno-almoço beneficiava de mais pão e fruta, sem termos de o pedir.

Pros:

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos y nos encanta lo lindo que son las instalaciones, la atención del personal, lo cómodo que uno se siente y la comodidad de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Algo que se puede mejorar son las cabezas de las regaderas en el baño, ya que sale muy poca agua y a veces puede volverse fastidioso. Y el desayuno, que lo sirven con mucho amor, sin embargo, el trozo de queso parece radiografía 🥲

Hospitalidad que se siente desde que te bajas del auto
Pros:

Las áreas verdes espectaculares perfectas para que los niños se esparzan en un ambiente súper lindo. La atención: simplemente excepcional, Leana es una anfitrión que está atenta siempre a dar la milla extra. De la comida no esperábamos mucho pero un típico muy sabroso con un ambiente de restaurante súper cómodo para la familia. Leana se apuntó un 10 apoyándonos con nuestro Ferri de regreso. Definitivamente volvemos sin pensarla 2 veces recomendado al 100

Pros:

Friendly staff. It was pretty and nice view of the volcano.

Cons:

For fruit, too much money and needs more variety of fruits. Mango, papaya, banana, melon, etc.

Beautiful hotel just outside of the port city
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful and perfectly located. We took “taxis” into town for about $5 usd. The pool is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend this little gem!

It was a beautiful and idyllic setting with a lovely view of the volcano. It was clean, comfortable and just a 35 minute walk from the ferry, making it easily accessible if you did not have transport. The manager was very friendly and helpful and arranged a driver from a local tour company for the day (thank you to Otempe Adventures for a lovely day). The manager could also organise transport to and from the ferry and she went out of her way to make my stay perfect.

Cons:

Not much if anything really. The restaurant menu is a little limited, but the food was nice and was fine for the stay. I loved the pasta dish. Beautifully cooked and very tasty.

Pros:

The staff are the best. Very responsive and friendly. And catered to our needs. Did their best to offer vegan options due to our plant based lifestyle.

Cons:

Umbrellas by the pool would be perfect!

3 day break ometepe
Pros:

Great swimming pool. Superb views. Great friendly staff. Good bar and food. Ample parking. Ometepe is an amazing island and this was a lovely base to explore from. ATVs were delivered to the hotel

Cons:

The only disadvantage is being 10 mins drive from the main town but if have own car this isn't a problem.
