Розташування,природа

Cons:

Проблеми з прибиранням,багато плям на дивані,павуки за шторами,пилюка на лампах.
Платний басейн на вулиці,це взагалі шок 🤔

Pros:

Вдале розташування комплексу, гарна доглянута територія, але сервіс та обслуговування на дуже примітивному рівні, обслуговуючий персонал заробляє гроші, не стараючись поліпшити відпочинок. Ліжка в номері дуже скриплять і таке враження, що вони під тобою розваляться, а ти лише перевертаєшся з одного боку на інший. Але мабуть така проблема тільки в основній частині комплексу

В готелі чудово, а от кафе😱 Дуже смачно, дуже доступні ціни, але сервіс🙈 Таке відчуття що там персонал не зацікавлений в

У самому готелі все чудово (новий корпус). Усе прям дуже чисте і новеньке.

Місце розташування просто чудове. Навколо красива природа і затишок.

Cons:

Готель відмовився надати безкоштовно спа- процедури, хоча в описі до номера вказано, що послуги спа входять у вартість номера

Pros:

Не сподобалось нічого через те що там було брудно, але сподобалося те що був кондиціонер і холодильник

Cons:

Пилюка на підлозі, витяжках, на тумбочках, чуже волосся на підлозі, відсутність всіх лампочок на світильнику і також не було питної води
