Pleasant
Pros:

Good location for a stopover, mostly clean

Cons:

Staff were lovely but confused. The hotel looked closed at 2am even though we had confirmation of our arrival time. We panicked but found an asleep security guard to wakeup. Staff couldn't login to booking.com and weren't aware of our booking but they tried very hard to rectify

Disappointing
Pros:

Near station service is soso service persons not available crowded at ground floor ground entrance were not so good.

Cons:

Comfortable for Railway traveller's
Reasonable tariff rate.

I got checked in ....... eventually.
Pros:

Adjacent to Abu Road railway station carpark. Easy to find.

Cons:

They seem completely surprised when a guest appears. Every room facility - towels, soap, kettle, cups, TV remote, a/c remote ....... all had to be requested. Staff took 15 minutes to find correct WiFi code. Someone was sent to shop for a roll of toilet paper. No sealed bottles of water available. Hapless manager flapping his arms amid chaos!
The security guard was the most helpful person there.

Comfy, clean & safe hotel near
Pros:

It's very close to the railway station and a small restaurant nearby. It was clean & safe..there are security guards who were v.pleasant. The hotel is on the second floor, and there was an elevator. The room was large..good shower..comfy bed..tea brought to my room.
There's no kitchen/restaurant facilities at the hotel but tea can be ordered..or taken at the cute tea-stand downstairs..and there are delivery options..i had good food at the nearby little restaurant just some metres from hotel.

Cons:

I suppose an on-site restaurant might be good..but not necessary as there are places nearby!!

Pros:

Nice Hotel to stay, although not extra ordinary and super luxury but good value for money. Location is very fine and hotel staff is very co-operative and warm.
