A good location with critical service and logistics flaws. Bad spa.Maybe in the winter it be better

Good location: The hotel's main asset. Transportation logistics are excellent, and the location is convenient.

Acceptable breakfast: The quality of the morning meal is normal and edible.

Room ergonomics and amenities:
Imitation double bed: The sleeping area consists of two halves pushed together. The mattresses slide apart, making the structure unsuitable for proper rest.

There is no kettle in the room. Basic hot water is artificially limited.

Crisis in food and local infrastructure:
Poor dinner: Unlike breakfast, the evening menu is poorly executed
Absurd commercial policy: Tea at breakfast and dinner is available for an additional fee. Charging for a paltry basic drink with a paid meal is a sign of questionable management.

Infrastructure deadlock with lunch: There are no outside cafes in the immediate vicinity. Since the hotel does not provide adequate daytime meals, organizing lunch becomes a problem for residents.

Service and SPA area:
The SPA complex is clearly tired. The relaxation area is clearly depreciated and requires a major renovation.

Organizational chaos: The management is unable to manage the flow of guests. During a large event, residents were forced to stand waiting for a free table, while a fully set banquet table sat empty and unused in the hall. Waiting on their feet when there are ready seats is a clear failure in service logistics.

Pros:

All stuf is friendly and polite. This was our 2nd visit. And we will come back for sure!

Cons:

Hotel does not have large double bed rooms, but connected 2 beds. Receptionist solved the "hole" between beds by providing mattress cover, so we felt like it was doublebed. 👍

Pros:

Prostrana soba sa poprilicno udobnim krevetima. Dorucak je bio vrlo dobar, sa raznovrsnom ukusnom hranom, sokovima cak i vinina.

Cons:

Komunikacija sa hotelom preko booking poruka vrlo losa. Radnici na recepciji neki su ljubazni, neki ne, isto je i sa konobarima. Cistoca spa centra treba da bude mnogo mnogo bolja. Za dva dana koliko smo bili nije ociscen ni jednom, deo farbe sa plafona koji je pao pored bazena bio je tu.

Pros:

Stara Planina landscape and location, i think, only one thing which was good

Cons:

1. Greasy (fat, oil) food and not tasty food. Also the food was cold.
2. No kettle in a room
3. The shower was not hot, during evening hours
4. Wifi was working only near the door and we caught interception all time
5. The SPA was overcrowded and swimming pool was like playground for kids
6. Tired hotel room
