Pros:

Stara Planina landscape and location, i think, only one thing which was good

Cons:

1. Greasy (fat, oil) food and not tasty food. Also the food was cold.
2. No kettle in a room
3. The shower was not hot, during evening hours
4. Wifi was working only near the door and we caught interception all time
5. The SPA was overcrowded and swimming pool was like playground for kids
6. Tired hotel room

Rooms are spacious and clean.
Food is very tasty. It’s very nice that different drinks are included for dinner.
Lobby has a lot of space, nice place to drink a coffee.
Spa is nice.

Cons:

It’s visible all over the place that whole hotel has to be renovated. Outside floor and stairs on the main entrance, rooms, bathroom, pool - all have visible marks of years of usage.

Sadrzaj hotela je bio okej. Cistoca je bila na nivou. Ali hotel vecinom prazan

Cons:

Obroci nisu bili previse raznovrsni. Po par jela po obroku. S obzirom da je planina, barem bi trebalo da u sklopu dorucka bude u ponudi kajmak i nesto dimljeno. Sadrzaj spa centra je svega tursko kupatilo i sauna pored bazena. U sobi mini bar je prazan, ketler je nedostajao kako bih za dete vodu mogla da prokuvam, na zahtev se samo dobija. Kako je hotel sa 4* smatram da svaka soba bi trebala da poseduje ketler, kafu/caj kao u ostalim hotelima.
