Staff was not courteous. Room was not clean. Bathroom was dysfunctional, in room dining took too long to deliver, tea delivered was sour. Many issues overall.

We had comfortable stay for one night in this hotel
Pros:

Cleen a date hotel and helping and cooperative staff
. I had read earlier reviews which were showing poor rating and was scared to book the hotel online, but I visited the hotel and saw that it is clean and neat and not like the one described in bad reviews I booked the rooms on the spot.
