Pros:

Breakfast was served at room after repeated asking and than it was pathetic. TV was working but connection was expired hence not able to use.

Our package was including breakfast but there was no arrangement for breakfast.This delayed our further program. Although Aditi Madam (Manager) helped later to get it sorted.
