Pros:

Very near to the bus depot. Rooms were recently renovated to almost modern standards. The beds was cozy. AC and TV were working without any issues. Bathroom had old taps and a jet spray without any pressure. Bath towels and blankets were washed but had little stains on them, not up to the mark. The main issue was that the lift won't work if voltage is low, so I had to use stairs to reach the 4th floor. Overall rating is good with room for improvement.
