Staff are very warm and approachable. Breakfast was good.
The location - Its a short distance to the Mall road 8- 10 mins by foot but located on a short steep slope. So if you have elderly family members ( we didn't) its something to keep in mind.

I had a great time at the Valley Vista Hotel! The meal was excellent, the personnel went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and the accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Additionally, parking is available, which was quite practical.
- the manager Manoj was amazing! From picking us up when we got stuck on a steep hill with the car, to making sure we were comfortable, very professional & friendly & always available.
-rooms surprisingly spacious and clean.
-location was a little out of the way from the ruckus of mall street. At first I thought was a bit of a walk but now am super glad since we were away from the honking & madness of traffic & people.
- very reasonably priced. It is a more local hotel but still I think it’s great value for what you get.
-bathroom is clean but moisture does come in & some rust but not a big deal
-Amazing WiFi - very strong connection
-No aircon (not really needed with cooler nights)but efficient & silent fan
-have liquid soap & shampoo dispensers in bathroom
