Staff were supportive overall. Available for queries to solve.
For even basic food orders, the waiting time was very long—usually at least 1.5 hours. On the day of checkout, I ordered a coffee, and after waiting for an hour, I asked about it. The staff seemed confused, and the coffee was still not ready, so I had to cancel the order. This is an area that definitely needs improvement. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

The room was stinking with the bad odur I had requested for the another room but they had not provided any accomodation and left us to go and search another without any help it was a very worst experience for me with this booking.com

Staff are very warm and approachable. Breakfast was good.
The location - Its a short distance to the Mall road 8- 10 mins by foot but located on a short steep slope. So if you have elderly family members ( we didn't) its something to keep in mind.

I had a great time at the Valley Vista Hotel! The meal was excellent, the personnel went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and the accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Additionally, parking is available, which was quite practical.
