Pros:

Location, Room size, Cleanliness, Breakfast, Reception Staff, and View.. All excellent

Pros:

The reception upgraded us to a spacious double room with a stunning mountain view, making our stay even better. It was clean with comfortable beds, and we loved the heated pool. The coffee in the Peak Cafe is perfect.

Fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

Wat een leuk hotel! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, een mooi zwembad en een fantastische view. De bar is super gezellig met een fantastische ober die ons goede tips gaf en uitstekende service bood. Zowel het ontbijt als het diner waren lekker.

Wij hadden een chalet en een gewone kamer geboekt, maar zonder bij te betalen werden wij geüpgraded naar twee chalets zodat de kinderen dichtbij ons konden zijn. Dat was echt een mooie verrassing.

Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan: de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed, de view is onbetaalbaar en het comfort is uitstekend. De chalet is echt super groot en proper!

Hôtel avec vue sur coucher du soleil
Pros:

Nous avions réservé une chambre sur la montagne et nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre côté piscine et coucher du soleil. Très sympa.
Chambre avec lit confortable.
Petit dejeuner et dîner très correcte.
Personnel accueillant.

gewoon het hotel. Prima, schoon, vriendelijk en een lekker ontbijt. Diner was ook super. Extra complimenten voor de kok en ontvangst bij aankomst.

Cons:

omgeving is niet super wel is het makkelijk om vanuit hieruit de 3 villages hike te doen. En met de auto erbij kun je van allerlei uitstapjes maken.

Pros:

The Hotel has a lot of potential considering its position: it is located on a cliff with an amazing view! However, considering it is in Jabal Al Akhdar, you may expect a bit more of attention in the details.
On the other hand, we did find the Peak cafe in the Hotel very welcoming and completely different than the rest. We really liked it.

Cons:

As said, we did not like the lack in the details: the cleanness of the windows on the view, the gym, the fact that on Dec 31 there was nothing really prepared for the clients. We saw just a lonely cake parked close to the elevator!
Overall, we did not like the food. Although being buffet with many choices, we did not find anything tasty. Even for the breakfast, we were going to the Peak cafe.

Great hotel with stunning view!
Pros:

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. On arrival we got a free upgrade to sun-side wich was nice and comfy. The views are stunning! The best! Thanks to all of the staff of the hotel.

Warm water was insufficient. You should change that.

Der sensationelle Blick ins Tal, Frühstück und Buffet abends.
Der beheizte Swimmung Pool mit Aussicht toll, uns leider bei Wind und 7 Grad aussen zu kalt.
Die Klimaanlage konnte auch heizen, war nötig.
Sehr gute Ausflugshinweise an der Rezeption.
Wir haben um 1 Nacht verlängert.
