Cons:

No pool - unusual for 4* hotel. Bathroom grouting was stained with mould so didn’t look inviting, cheap soap dispenser too high to reach comfortably, didn’t feel 4* — no shampoo and conditioner provided, just cheap soap

Excellent staff, fantastic location at the vineyards. Beds are amazing, breakast is great. Our stay was phenomenal. Wine tour by Patricia was the best.

Lovely stay in the middle of vineyards
Pros:

Everything was great: big room, lovely views over the vineyards, kind and helpful staff, nice wines. We enjoyed the tour of the winery with Sonia a lot and Patricia at the bar was super nice and friendly.

Établissement moderne, chambres spacieuses et très grand lit confortable, architecture originale bien intégrée dans le paysage de la Rioja.

Cons:

Personnel du petit déjeuner qui manque de discrétion, utilisant bruyamment un chariot de réfectoire pour débarrasser les tables, ce qui détonne dans ce type d’établissement
