Leider wurde ich einfach in einer anderen Unterkunft untergebracht
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und absolut ausreichend.

Cons:

Mein größter Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich extra nicht das Hotel Plankl gebucht habe, sondern Altötting City Apartments. Mir war natürlich bewusst, dass beides zusammen gehört, aber obwohl ich das nicht wollte, wurde ich im Hotel Plankl untergebracht und nicht in Altötting City Apartments. Im Hotel war das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit Teppichboden und der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen. An den Drehknopf der Heizung kam man kaum heran. Aus all diesen Gründen ein fettes Minus. Obwohl sich dies natürlich eigentlich nicht auf die City Apartments bezieht.

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und ausführlich in alle wichtigen Informationen eingewiesen. Das Appartement hat mir sehr gut gefallen, und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Auch der Pool war angenehm, und das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Während meines Aufenthalts waren einige Praktikanten vor Ort, besonders ist mir ein junger Mann aufgefallen, der mit viel Engagement und Motivation gearbeitet hat, während die anderen eher zuschauten
Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, und ich würde das Gasthaus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Cons:

Kleine Dinge sind mir dennoch aufgefallen: das Flackern der Notausgangsbeleuchtung im Flur, der Kakao, der offenbar mit Wasser angerührt war, und das teilweise nicht ganz saubere Geschirr am Buffet. Naja – kann ja mal passieren 😉

Cons:

Zimmer hat kleine Küche kein Teller kein Besteck kein Weingläser..super dusche kein shampoo und keine Pflegemittel..das kann man für ein 4 Sterne erwarten..
