Pros:

The location is apt for peaceful stay, a bit inside the lane for newcomers. The taxi driver we booked at pre payment in the airport was a fussy bad old man, who wanted ro drop us in the middle as he did not find the hotel . Anyways after enquiries and after I put the hotel location in this bad man's Google map, he made it to the hotel.
2. The staff are really good. Shiva from Nepal is exceptionally helpful, Sumeet is professional and good, Surya is good too.
3. The airport pickup of the hotel is a way too expensive so we had opted for the prepaid taxi, half the price. The hotelbiscjustcabout 3 kms from the I G airport. . As the hotel location is inside the lanes, use the landmark like Hotel ERA or KCT pvt ltd to locate hotel Mayday Inn.

4. This is a budget hotel, so facilities are basic.
5. As I am a pure vegetarian, I wish the hotel caters to vegetarians seperately. But thanks to Shiva, he cooked us without mingling when we had no option to go outside at night.

Cons:

I had booked a whole day car 🚗 for city tour from the hotel. A hotel staff telephoned me at 11: 30 night to ask the money and messed my deep sleep. I WISH TRULY that these people be given training for customer service and learn the profiles of people who come to stay at hotel. With a bit of professional training, they could do much better. Anyway the experience was good at the hotel, the staff are really helpful and I will visit this hotel again.

Nothing I liked it was a completely disaster experience and was cheated by the hotel and the staff throughout the stay, To everyone reading this please avoid any of the hotel services. The AC was not working the TV remotes were all broken... They will try to cheat you financially... So be aware and careful..
